Universal Services and Assembly, LLC is a highly professional, full service 3^rd party delivery and assembly company for merchant retailers and consumers throughout the South Florida area. We are centrally located to effectively cover our service area.

We are the primary delivery and assembly service provider for major retailers such as BJ’s wholesale clubs in South Florida, Bellini baby and kids’ furniture, Pottery Barn of Fort Lauderdale and Direct Buy of Broward County.

History

Established in 2000.

Starting in 2000 we were contracted by Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse to provide in-​store assembly services for it’s display products. We Then saw an opportunity that was needed and added home delivery and assembly services at the home.

Business Owner

Universal Services & Assembly, LLC was started in 2000 by Carnal L. Williamson (Will). A veteran of the U.S. Navy C.L. (Will) Williamson served as a petty officer during the Persian Gulf War in 1991 receiving two Southwest Asia combat operations medals and the navy achievement medal for outstanding leadership in 1995 while serving in the Naval Reserves.

Always a self-​starter (Will) worked as an independent assembly contractor for All American Assembly and provided assembly services for major retailers such as Sears, Wal-​Mart and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores.

Seeing many areas that could be improved upon (Will) branched out on his own and began Universal Services & Assembly, Inc. and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores not wanting to lose him as a service provider promptly hired his company to provide local South Florida stores home delivery and assembly services.
