Great job on outside. knew, it wasn’t going to be great when they were done in a few minutes… terrible on interior. at least could have pretended to take a rag to dashboard.$ 25.00 for a gas station automatic car wash… just stick to exterior or skip. no brainer.

Was expecting a little better… brought my car (2015 Malibu) and my girl friends (2015 Nissan Rouge). I like the idea behind the app pretty cool. After spending 25 $ on the top price I had my car within 10 – 15 minutes. I did a walk around of the outside of the car and was still filthy, bug marks didn’t even seem to be touch. I went on to the inside of car and the trunk was never touched. Had to take them back to do it right. Literally spending my time to go back over my entire car to make sure a job that was suppose to be done right the first time is done… by me. My wheels were never touched also! My paragraph probably isn’t even going to make sense I’m so aggregated. Was really hoping this would be my new spot for a wash… going to be hard to go back. Ttyl going to continue detailing my car some more!

This place and the gentleman who washed our really dirty car inside out did a great job and it was totally worth the $ 89 + tax and tip! He gave us back a car that looked like new !!! I’m very glad that we have chosen to go to this place and when we came to pick up the car the gentleman who washed our car came and checked if we were satisfied! Another little splurge is the fact that a Starbucks is right next to it walking distance to kill the wait time;-)

Please don’t come to this place! This is my first time and last time. I paid $ 25.43 for ultra ultimate wash ($ 23.99) but it looked like they clean only half price I paid. I wasn’t happy… the right side of my car still dirty i told them to tried to clean more but he (the fat guy) said it was spray from sprinkle or something they couldn’t clean it. Okay fine! But after that I went to the mall shopping then I opened the trunk to put my stuff they didn’t clean it I saw this price included clean the trunk. I went back again and show them with another staff there (not the fat one) I think you guys didn’t clean it??? He just said apologize and cleaned my car again… BUT this time this guy could clean half side of my car that the fat guy said couldn’t do it at first time I complained them…

Excellent customer service! Stopped by at closing time and they washed my car anyway. And didn’t make it feel like an inconvenience! Will definitely be my new ‘usual’ car was spot!

I had my car washed and detailed here. They did an excellent job inside and out in just 2 hours for the reasonable price of $ 89. I highly recommend them and will be bringing our second car in for the same. Scott the owner was very friendly.

Owners a dirt bag and has his employees clock in and out repeatedly through the day when not busy. True American scum. Go elsewhere

Things started out ok but just took a nose dive from there! Will never ever ever go back! I dropped off my car at 9:15am. The attendant took a look at my car and said the $ 89.99 detail package was just fine as my car wasn’t filthy. The owner, Scott, gave me a ride home as I lived close by so I wouldn’t have to worry about the kiddies. That was so unexpected and nice of him. They said it would take about an hour and a half. Well…4 ½ hours later I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called and they said my car was ready. After I paid $ 95.39, I went to check my car and it was obvious it had not been cleaned whatsoever inside. The worker (Pedro) was first trying to tell me it was scratches. Sorry Sir I know the difference btwn a scratch and dirt! Just at that moment Scott walked by and I told him I wasn’t happy. He checked the car and while at first tried to make excuses, he couldn’t get away from how bad and untouched it looked. He agreed it was not finished and told the worker to clean it up. Miraculously my car was ready for the second time just 10 mins later. So they were able to «detail» my car in 10 mins but not in the 4 ½ hours?! Scott then checks on me again and I told him I appreciate him stepping in but to think about how it would’ve gone had he not been around is truly disappointing. He then said I only paid $ 89 not $ 200 where they take out the seats and do a very thorough job. I guess it’s my fault for having expectations. Well, Ultra Shine expect me to never return!

Worst place ever. The owner is an a**hole. Paid for exterior wash with tire shine but they dont wipe the rims ulnless u pay extra. Left there with brake dust all over my rims. They claimed they only wash with the machine n thats it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT PLACE!

Just spoke to Scott today. I signed the petition which will help keep this quality car wash in business. It seems that there are different rules and regulations for different areas in Pompano Bch when it comes to car washes and their ability to dry their cars with a towel outside after it runs through the machines in addition to other restrictions that are not universally required throughout Pompano Bch, giving his competitors an unfair advantage. I was told he is being fined hundreds of dollars a day and needs support for a zoning variance of some sort to stay in business. I was told that his time is running out and a decision will need to be made this week. Let’s support our local business people who actually improve our city.

I LOVE THIS CAR WASH!!! I never write reviews but this one deserves it. Prompt, professional service at a fair price. You can’t go wrong. They have new equipment, and staff is so friendly (make sure you tip!!!). My car got detailed fast and they actually did it GOOD. If you get your car detailed here, ask for a guy named Mike. His attention to detail is immaculate! All other car washes I’ve used always leave stuff that I don’t like (which is why I don’t use them anymore). GO HERE!

Will never EVER go back. The place talks a good game but ruins your car. I have a expensive car went there and they used something or a rag with grit in it and destroyed the outside of my glove box. I now have to replace the entire glove box.
Scott the owner talk a good game and fills you full of bullshit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT’S TERRIBLE. I now drive to Ft Lauderdale to Cactus Car Wash THEY ARE EXCELLANT !!! Very good quality control and very professional. Doesn’t have a bunch of kids that don’t give a crap like Ultra Shine.

Great service, really fast and excellent attention to detail, not to mention their super friendly staff. The owner Scott is wonderful, and made the chore of getting a car wash fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

First and last time I’ll ever go here. Just left. When it was Royal Touch used to get same package as their Ultra Wash Plus for $ 13 and it included tire shine. Ultras price is now $ 13.99 w/​o tire shine. If you want tires shined you have to pay a minimum of 19.99. Bad prices. I’ll go down the road to Simonz

My husband and I both got our cars washed here, have to say it is one of the best. Will defiantly be coming back!
