Tint World

Zero stars. Worst tint ever. They lie. I explicitly stated I can’t stand dyed film that turns purple. What a waste of time. They installed purple tint on my windshield. Looks like crap. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Who lies to their customer about a $ 10 front strip? Pathetic. Now I have to have a real tint shop remove and replace it. Even worse, they are incapable of free-​handing tint. So they only install what the computer cuts for them, leaving un-​tinted spaces for light to shine through on edges and around glass mounts for pop out windows. My 10 year old could do better. I have pics to prove how bad they tint.

They installed tint in my home. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Installers were very professional and experienced. I would highly recommend them. House was cooler immediately.

I had a Saturday noon appointment to get my 2 front windows done plus a front strip, I was taken care off right away and it took less than 30 minutes. The lady running the counter is a total character, she took care of multiple phones and customers without missing a beat, total queen of multi tasking. They did a great job on my windows, I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome as always!!! Every single car we have had now 4 in… has come here and they are always great! Elisse is the best and so sweet. Works fast and makes sure everything is done accurately and in a timely manner. Now you also get a national warranty with 3M… even better!!!

I went to the store located at 2301 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL on 9÷14÷2013 at 9:30AM. I was dealing with Ahmad, who said he was the manager on duty. I explained to Ahmad that I had two groupons for car detailing that were expired. I asked could I combine the cash value of both ($ 29 each or $ 58 total) toward an upgraded detail package. He stated he would have to contact Corporate on Monday to see if that was possible, they usually don’t combine. I said ok never mind combining, I know you are booked for the weekend, just make me an appointment for monday and I will use the cash value of one Groupon towards a detail job. He then stated that he still had to call corporate on Monday, that he doesn’t know that I get the cash value. I then showed him on the groupon where it states in all caps «the amount paid $ 29 NEVER EXPIRES» and said that’s fine I’ll be here first thing in the morning since he already told me that there where no appointments for Monday and it was slow. He said don’t come first thing, the people at Corporate don’t get in until 9 or 9:30AM. I said ok make me a 10AM appointment. He then stated the earliest he could do was 12PM. I said you just told me you have no appointments, I have things to do and I would like a 10AM or 10:30AM at the latest. He said the best he could do was 12PM because he had to call corporate and verify I can get the cash value. I feel very poorly treated that the MANAGER does not know how to handle a promotion sponsored by your business. Furthermore I am upset that he did not even make an appointment for me in my time frame which was available. I will be following up with reviews on Unilocal,google, Facebook, twitter and everywhere else I can as well as contacting Groupon regarding the poor service I received. Thank you, Brian Demarais.

Called last minute for new car alarm and they told me to go right in. They assessed the problem and began working on my car immediately. I was in and out in no time. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Would recommend to everyone.

Took my sisters car here and they did an excellent job on window tint and also detailed the car.
