I can’t say enough good things about Studio Spade. My 5 yr old son has been going to Ms Simone’s classes for two years and LOVES it! Like most kids, his concentration skills are not always the best, but Ms Simone is always patient and engaging. She has a kind and gentle manner that is not overwhelming for the children, while her firm and knowledgeable direction helps them to achieve and acquire new skills and techniques. Her new space is beautiful and is perfect for parents and kids. He does art in school, but these classes have taught him so much and has opened up a whole new side of his creativity. The cost is very low, in my opinion, but honestly it would be worth it at twice the price.

Studio Spade has wonderful art classes for children. My son is in kindergarten, and we attended Little Art classes together at Studio Spade this year and last year. My son loves experimenting with all the different materials and enjoys the seasonally themed art projects. I love how Simone seamlessly weaves lessons on technique, art fundamentals, and art history into her instruction. The classes are a good value too!
