Although SeaSide has been around a long time it is my choice for a quiet vacation spot. I’ve never been one for high rises and all that fast paced young nightlife that seems to go with it. If you are looking for a quaint, comfortable, accommodating condo with plenty of room and an absolutely terrific walkout beachfront, this should be your destination. From comfy king-sized beds to the treasure of having two full baths, these condos may be a bit out of the ultra modern design, but as a timeshare owner here for the past ten years, I call it home when I visit annually in May. Close to major shopping, a plethora of water activities in Ft Lauderdale only 10 minutes away, an assortment of nearby attractions from Butterfly World to Lion Country Safari to Parrot Jungle Island. South Beach Miami is only 60 minutes away, if you’re looking for some interesting sightseeing and jamming nightlife. The office staff would be happy to give directions and show you how to grab all available discounts. Great food awaits just down the street at Briny’s Pub with terrific seafare or Razberry’s for delicious ice cream. Across the street sit and enjoy the kids playing in the jumping fountains or walk a bit further down to the Municipal Pier for spectacular views and fishing.

This place is extremely quaint and cozy. It mainly serves as a timeshare that is rented out by the week but they do allow reservations for non-timeshareholders. They have two separate buildings; one on the ocean and the other just across the street. The best part? They have a pool for each building. They also have charcoal grills available for community use and direct access to the beach. From my experience, everything was kept exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my party was comfortable. This is such a great vacation location without all of the crowds associated with other, hipper spots. A true gem in South Florida.
