We got off to a rough start with this move and I was truly disappointed in a few things that occurred in the process. Mind you, I left the movers to others to handle, which is never a good idea, but what can you do. Norbert was very professional and incredibly apologetic for anything that did not go as expected. I would recommend them in the future. Suggestion: make sure you get a full in-​person estimate so they have a better idea of how much stuff and how much time your move should take.
