Mark came to my house did the entire inspection. Told me my roof was not approvable the way it was. Said if i paid someone to glue down the tiles better on the north side of the house he could pass it.
Well I went out and spent $ 500 on a roofer to glue down tiles. Then I called Mark. He said he changed his mind and that he couldn’t pass it now.
I was out $ 500 because he wasn’t honest or competent. To me he seemed very sneaky and worried all the time. IF YOU WANT AN HONEST PERSON, PASS UP THIS GUY!
