Do not use this mover! Neighbors Moving & Storage «lost» our televisions, apologized, then denied our claim. The actual mover remembered packing it and loading it on the truck, 3 of us watched it go on the truck, we had pictures, receipts and both televisions were listed on their inventory … yet they denied the claim. This gives an entirely new meaning to fresh off the truck merchandise. Do yourself a favor and choose a different mover if you want your technology to actually make it to your house.
BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU UPDATE: the BBB just notified me that Neighbors Moving & Storage was unresponsive to their correspondence and recommended I take them to the state Attorney General for fraud. Don’t let this happen to you. DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS MOVING & STORAGE as your South Florida mover … especially if you would like your televisions to arrive at your new home.
