Always great service great staff love Mr. Dee’s taking all four of my new cars to him never had an issue throughout the year the best

I gave it a 1 star because there was no option for «0» star. They only take cash so I called for the price to wax my convertible. The gentleman who answered the cell phone said that he would have to see my car first before he could give a quote. I told him that would be inconvenient because that means I would have to leave to go get the cash I needed. He said that they start at 20.00 and it would be more like $ 60. I told him that I could live with that. I arrived on Sunday and a young man approached me and tried to sell me the Teflon for $ 125. I told him no that I simply wanted the wax. «Well then, it will be $ 90.» I proceeded to tell him that I already got a quote for $ 60. He said no, I don’t know who you spoke to. Needless to say I left telling him that this is «bait and switch.» I ended up going to The Car Salon on Commercial Blvd. for the full work, great quality wax, and wonderful service. My advise go somewhere else where it’s honest.

This review is about the Car Wash service, not the auto shop.
Their service is remarkable. For $ 20 you get in and out wash, vaccuum and shiny tires in less than 20 minutes. But remember, you need to arrive early to guarantee your spot in line, or just drop by to «set an appointment» — meaning that Mr. Dee will tell you what time to come back so you can get your car washed right away.
Again, their service is spectacular. Very thorough, attention to details is insane.
Highly recommended.

Read the reviews about this place and went there this morning. Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. Let me just say, I never got my car washed. As I drove up, there were at least five employees who watched me sitting in my vehicle and not one of them approached me as I waited at least 10 minutes inside my car. Finally, one of the employees came over to tell me that they were extremely busy and would need to return in two hours. He did not bother to greet me or ask me what I needed. Honestly, this place did not seem busy to me at all. The employees here simply did not seem interested in working on this day. When I expressed my concern to the owner ‘Mr. Dee’ he did not seemed concerned nor did he offer an apology. Won’t be back for sure.

Great service, thorough cleaning, fast, and friendly!!! Diamond in the rough. Good value and the staff does their best to impress.
