Firestone-A-1 Auto Place

These guys were pretty good to me from start to finish. They did my brakes and oil right away without any delay or confusion. The price was actually cheaper than most places that I’ve been to in the past. When I drove up it looked like they were actually happy and eager to get working instead of the «oh god, here comes another one» look that I usually get from my last place.

I went there a few months ago, asked them to replace a freeze plug. They all talked to me like I was an idiot. No one would make eye contact with me. They said it was going to be $ 400 for one freeze plug. Later that day, I brought it to another service garage and they did it for $ 80.

This place was a really good honest place and extremely affordable. The owner Sammy is so friendly and the Mechanics are so nice. One mechanic in particular had a smile on his face the entire time and just had the best attitude ever and it just made me feel happy and good. I left with a lot of confidence that my car was honestly and genuinely taken care of. This is definitely one of my go to shops for new tires and getting my oil changed. My mercedes only takes synthetic oil so I was happy to see that they had that and could successfully take care of my car. I recommend everyone STOP going to dealerships for their services if they want to save more money, more time and have genuine work done on their car. I love going to owner operated car repair shops plus its helping a small business out which I love!
