The things that are baked rather than cooked, like bagels and snacks, are fine. The bagel is small and they water down the cream cheese with plain yogurt. Tastes fine and that’s what I expect from a diet company. However, the hot entrees — and every lunch and dinner is a hot entrée — are inedible. Full of water and absolutely nauseating. By the time I’d eaten two, my gag reflex kicked in at the thought of a third. I tried again the next day, but I had to throw it away entirely and move the garbage can to avoid the smell. After insisting on a partial but reasonable refund I got a $ 19 refund. In the end, I paid $ 270 for some small breakfasts and snacks. These aren’t even full breakfasts, because customers are advised to buy milk and fruit separately. I didn’t expect affordable(RELATIVELY) frozen diet food to be gourmet, but I expected to eat it, not throw my money away.
