Pros– the printing was good quality, they responded to emails quickly.
Cons-​terrible customer service. My flyers arrived in mailboxes 2 and ½ weeks after promised date, and the company just said it wasn’t their issue, and blamed the post office, saying they delivered late. Post office blamed Eddm2go. Honestly, not worth the money if your looking for your mail piece to be delivered in a timely fashion. The customer service agent seemed to have no care, didn’t apologize, or didn’t try to make it right. Attitude was just a simple, not our problem, call the post office.
