Just got my new boots, and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered the non-​ST Stomp in size 12 and they fit awesome. I am traditionally a size 11 ½, so I was a bit worried that they would slide around on my feet. The woman who took my order was great and sent me the boot shim at no cost to ease my concern. They are so easy to slip on and off and don’t slide around on my feet at all! Perfect! Didn’t even need to use the shim! The fact that they were buy two for $ 99.99 which was essentially BOGO even made the purchase better. I ordered them on Monday and they were dropped at my front door today, Wednesday. Looking forward to wearing them at work tomorrow. I would definitely recommend them (the boot and this company) to anyone. PS… they made an error on my initial invoice and had it corrected with one call in five minutes.

Purchased boots from here about 4 months ago. Boots have started falling apart and «brian» told me we can fix them for free but you have to leave them here for about a week he failed to mention it voids the 1 year factory warranty from rocky boots. Or you can leave them here «again for about a week» i can talk to my rocky boot salesman and see what he wants to do about the problem. I use the boots everyday and cant afford to leave them somewhere and hope i can get a resolve to the problem. I live about 30 plus miles from this store and took off work and lost money to end up getting shafted. I was just hoping for them to see that the problems with the boots are manufacturer defects and issue me another pair on the spot. Their excuse was oh they have wear on them. i dont buy $ 150 boots for them to sit on a shelf. i guess money is more important than customer service. I am very disappointed with their way of handling this situation and will never purchase from them again!

Good selection of work boots and motor cycle boots as well. Very nice and friendly staff. Also has American made boots which is a plus for me
