Established in 2005, Chef Alice’s cooking classes are a one-​of-​a-​kind culinary experience. Offering over a dozen global cuisines, classes are hands-​on and include a sit down meal and a folder of recipes for you to take home. Classes are privately booked from two up to ten participants.

I have taken numerous classes with Chef Alice: Thai, Indian, French Bistro, Tapas, Global Appetizers/Hors’d oeuvres & Caribbean! I’m even scheduled to take the Southeast Asian next month! This is something I do as a «Girls Night Out» with my friends and we enjoy it immensely! I learn something new every time I attend; cultural tidbits from the area of study, introducing new spices into my dishes for unique flavor combinations, and proper knife skills. The class usually lasts about 3 – 4 hours which ends with a sit down dinner to enjoy what you’ve prepared. It is very fast paced, and you will be on your feet, so make sure you wear flats!

The chef exhibits extreme professionalism, vast knowledge, & even a bit of humor! I work in Group Sales at a nearby resort, and recommend her to my clients for both team-​building & Group Demonstrations as something they can do here as part of their stay! I have always gotten rave reviews from my customers who have brought in up to 50 people at a time to see one of her Demo’s!
So long story short… I can now properly chop an Onion, Make French Onion Soup better than any restaurant, & grind up my own Garam Masala spice! The great food, company of friends, and new skills are well worth the money for the memorable experience! Don’t forget your camera!
