Auto Body Concepts just rescued My M3
Decided to take a long road trip to Florida only to arrive tired and with over a dozen chips on my bumper. I hopped on Unilocal and took a look at this shop. Unilocal to the rescue again great find and Anthony was a complete pleasure to work with. He kept me in the loop the entire time and finished repainting the bumper ahead of schedule. The car looks amazing better than it has since I picked it up. The guys at ABC are just a great group of car guys who really care about the cars they work on. They are very knowledgable and clear about everything getting done.

Beware of this Business. They have been known to lure people from the tow yard from people that seem to recommend them and when they get your car they will scam you. They will overcharge you and offer you an estimate much higher than the industry standard and if you decline to use them they will slap you with absurd fees and charges to rip you off. They have seven complaints with the Better Business Bureau and they have numerous complaints on several sites stating that they will scam and overcharge you for services they provide. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save yourself a headache and hassle.

These people are great! Especially Shannon! I had to go get some items from my car, but it was difficult, being that I had to get around on the bus with a 1 year old baby. Most places won’t let you go to the back and get stuff from your car unless you have someone to watch the baby. Well, Shannon thankfully allowed me to get my items while watching my daughter (which she did a great job at). Leslie walked me to my car and kept asking if I needed any help and made sure I had everything I needed. I even forgot to get a key, and Shannon stayed late for me to come back and get it. I would definitely recommend this place. One thing we need after a car accident is a friendly staff to work with. Thank you ABC!

I am so incredibly glad my 2014 mitsubishi outlander was taken to Auto Body Concepts to be repaired after it was damaged in an accident. This body shop is very professional and timely in their repairs. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
Whenever I called to inquire about my car they were able to tell me what was going on and what the next step was. They did not try to over exaggerate or over price their work. I will be taking my truck to them to pull out a few dents I have in my toyota tundra SOON.

Im so glad this was the body shop I used to get my car fixed. The front office staff was very helpful in guiding me through the whole process and my car is good as new! I’ve recommended them to several friends and all were extremely satisfied with the level of service they received. If you need a body shop, look no further!

Professional, courteous and honest. Recently had an accident and went here which a friend recommended. They do awesome work and are super friendly. They made the experience so much better.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST BODY SHOP IN SOUTH FLORIDA! I brought my 2008 Dodge Challenger for a rear quarter and a back bumper. They did an awesome job! My car looks better then new! Now I just brought my 2010 Caddy to them for a front bumper and a left fender! WOW!!! They did it again! My car looks like it came out of the showroom!!! Thanks again Leslie you did a GREAT JOB!

If I could give this business negative stars I would. These people have a scam down to the T by pairing up with tow companies and having them take advantage of people at the scene of an accident. They continually lie about the status of your car and never do anything that they promise. My car went to their shop on ²⁄₄ and was not returned to me until ³⁄₁₅!!! I went to pick up the car and found a crack in my windshield, scratches that were not even where the damage was, the steering column falling off and the car was not aligned at all and they tried to tell me the car was complete. This place is a complete and total joke run by people who do not care about return business because they just keep scamming more people at the scene of an accident. You will see by the large amount of crashed cars behind their business that they are in it for the money and don’t care AT ALL about customer service. If you somehow end up at this poor place RUN don’t walk and take your car somewhere ANYWHERE else. If only one person sees this review I hope it saves you from making a huge mistake!!!

Great place a lot of people get their car fixed here they must be doing something wright !!!
