Accurate Collison of Pompano

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Dealing with these people and the extremely arrogant owner was an absolute nightmare. I should have took the initial advice of the tow truck driver that brought my car there to to go to Peerless auto body across the street.
I was involved in a front end collision with my new Mercedes Benz and I went to this place as it is close to my home. I noticed in the past they usually have high end vehicles in their shop so I thought I would give them a try. Long story short, they had my vehicle for a month and a half blaming the long repair time on parts (they did pay for the extended car rental fees). When I finally received my vehicle back, I had to travel the very next day and when I went to place my luggage in the trunk there was a pile of old parts including my old car grill, headlights and other broken parts. After further inspection of the vehicle there was painters tape left on the inside of the door frame and paint specs all over the windows and doors including the inside of my car. When I brought the car back to for them to remedy, they owner says that I must have left my car open outside while someone was painting their home. I could not believe what I was hearing.
They took care of the issues and I thought that was it, but my check engine light comes on the following day and I had to bring back again. The owner tells me that they did not fill the fluids properly and that is why that happened. They fixed it temporarily to make the light go off then again the light comes back on. One last time I bring my car there and they keep it over night and still could not get the check engine light to go off. I ended up taking my car to Mercedes of Pompano Beach where I received professional, quality service and the check engine issue was resolved.
If you are looking for quality auto body repair with professional and timely service, this is not the place.

Great customer service! Never seemed bothered when we called to check the progress and when the repairs took longer than expected (and longer than the insurance would pay for the rental car) they offered to cover our rental car costs. Let me make that clear, I didn’t have to ask-​they just offered. When the car was done the owner had someone pick up the rental and bring my car to my work! I’ll go there for any collision work from now on, Bravo!
