AA Varco Moving and Storage

Working with Chris at AA Varco has been a horrible experience. He came to the house twice: first for the initial estimate and then for a finalized contract price. On the day of moving we were told the truck could not get to my house and it would be an additional $ 500 to hire smaller trucks to load and transfer. You would think he would have been able to determine this detail after two visits.
Now, my belongings have been on the truck for over a week and Allied Van Lines refuses to give updates. I have no idea where my belongings are or when they will arrive. I called Chris to help communicate with Allied Van Lines and he informed me that is not part of his job. He was completely unwilling to help and rude.
AA Varco was hired to coordinate my move and once paid they have not cared about their service or how the job gets done. I do not recommend this company or Allied Van Lines.
