Shane established A Universal Connection in 2000, and his goal was to provide one on one audio/​video solutions for his customers in the comfort of their home or business. The business began with Shane literally working out of the trunk of his car; but he soon acquired a loyal customer base that now support a team of installers that work 6 days a week.

Shane’s team shares his passion and have the experience, product knowledge, and expertise to tackle even the most complicated custom jobs. A Universal Connection has developed relationships with industry-​leading manufacturers/​dealers, providing customers with the latest home audio/​video and security camera technology available.
