They’re tripping with their prices on parts. I bought the same part I was looking for BRAND NEW for $ 10 cheaper.
I checked the person giving me prices too, I asked him «you’re selling used parts for the price of a brand new part?» Response was «yes».
Go online or shop around, just don’t come to this place, unless they get right.

U-​Pick-​U-​Save Self Serv Auto Dismantling is very ghetto place. The only reason I come here is because of mass Grave of Honda to take apart and to learn how my own works. If you don’t have a Honda between the Years 95 – 2002. I would tell you to go some where else to get the parts you needed for your Car or Truck in question of needing used parts. The people who work there don’t really care about what you needed and your are better off asking the scavengers/​complete Strangers there for assistance… Hondas are car version of Legos here no pun intended.

Don’t waist your time iasked for a quote to sell my truck running and no damage $ 500 was a joke! For an 03 dodge ram 1500

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years the prices were good now the workers are making their own prices now. You’re better off buying it new like a radiator they want $ 60 for it $ 10 more and you get a new one you guys need to get rid of the guy that’s in the front he doesn’t know s***

I called this company’s 1800 number before arriving in person to one of their locations & asked for a buyers quote. The lady over the phone quoted me 2 types of quotes. One quote is for them to pick up my used vehicle, the other quote is for me to drive it in. Of course, the drive-​in amount was greater than the amount for having them send out a tow truck to pick up a used vehicle. Well, I told the lady I would drive it in at the address she provided to me & she guaranteed me that the store in Pomona would give me the higher quote. When I arrived they refused to honor their quoting system. I provided the name of the person I spoke to via telephone plus the two quotes. Their buyer knew what I was talking about & would rather buy the vehicle at tow truck price for profit, knowing that I drove an operating used vehicle to them. This locations buyer wanted to discredit his customer by saying their is no personnel by the name I provided in their headquarter office (Which, I was told is located in the OC). I asked if their location had a direct line to avoid situations such as this since he JUST used a landline phone at their location. The buyer at this location said no. What a shady business. I would not recommend this place because they do not honor their quoting system to buy used vehicles plus their buyers are not truthful to customers. AVOID

This place is far better than pick a part… I have bought a few engines and transmissions. With no issue’s except one. And after I told them they gladly exchanged it. And the prices are very clear the moment you walk In the door… they are posted right up front. And as far as the employees go they all seem very helpful.

Worst customer service. Here is my story i go in looking for a sun visor with a mirror no power. I find it I’m excited. I head over to cashier where this old gray haired prick is sitting. Let me explain why he is a prick there is another customer paying he had a deluxe mirror power light mirror etc. The prick tells him $ 25 in Spanish customer complains a bit prick drops to $ 20 customer says $ 15 prick agrees and done my turn. I ask him how much he says $ 30 I’m like why prick says it’s a deluxe it has a mirror. I tell prick you just sold a deluxe for $ 15, prick denies it. Now this is where I go off in Spanish I’m a light skinned Mexican. So I find the manager and go off prick keeps denying the fact that he sold one for $ 15 manager agrees with me and I got mine for $ 10. Still I told them I’d never return and told the prick chinga tu puta madre. Never Been back rather go to Duarte, Ontario, Fontana.

This place is kind of a rip off. When you ask prices over the phone they lure you in with low prices. When you go to pay, they grey haired cashier guy makes up prices out of thin air and then on top of that he adds a CORE charge and tax on anything you buy. I didn’t know there was a core charge on wheels! What a scam.

As with most «pick-​a-​part» type auto dismantlers, your success will be determined by their inventory versus your own knowledge of the parts you seek combined with your level of effort.
The yard is relatively clean and the vehicles are not spaced too close together.
Pricing is pretty reasonable. Today I scored about $ 85 in Trans Am parts for $ 19.
The staff was friendly and was helpful when I had questions.

the wrecking yard is OK for Honda parts and other import stuff they usually have what you need. but be WARNED your car can and will get stolen. my friend had his truck stolen from this place and everyone did not do nothing no-​re do they have cameras. so lock up your car they don’t have cameras and even their employees have had their stuff jacked that’s why gave them 2 star rating lack of help. according to staff they saw suspicious people but did not tell them to leave. so watch you stuff.

Shitay place. Tried to go there for parts. Confirmed over the phone that they had several cars of my make and model to chose from. Went to the one in Gardena and they did not have one single car that matched. Unreal get someone who can actually do inventory you might have customers.

Terrible service, waste of time: tried to buy a turn signal cam for an older model vehicle, they retail new for around $ 30, he tries to sell me one for $ 20, no warranty – This is on top of having already paid $ 2 to get in and find it. I try to talk him into $ 15 at least and he gets kind of aggressive and goes into a spiel about how you wouldn’t go into a Sizzler and try to talk down the price of a steak. I tell him at Sizzler I’m not trying to order a USED steak.
He doesn’t budge. I realized the slime runs thick in this place, left, bought a new one for $ 30 and feel pretty damn good about it.

I’ve been to a bunch of parts yards, and this was the best customer service by far. I saw a listing for the vehicle I needed parts from, called, and they actually confirmed it (other lots: i get no responses whatsoever, phone rings forever, voicemails never returned). I went by and walked the entire yard looking for the car, and couldn’t find it. I asked, and they showed it to me right away in a section I didn’t see at first. I told them what I was looking for, they said okay, I removed and bought it. Prices reasonable. I know we live in a multicultural society, but I still appreciate being able to speak CLEARLY, in English with the employees, to get what I need. Thank You! I came back a 2^nd time for more parts. I called first, and AGAIN they confirmed the car was still there. When I got there, it was relocated, but they knew exactly where it was again. Somebody had damaged some of the parts I wanted, so I could only buy «parts» of the parts. A bad lot won’t let you do this, or will charge you the full price, even though nobody would ever buy damaged parts. Basically, they DO have COMMON SENSE. Incredible.
My only recommendation, an online current list of vehicles, and a map to find them. Just sayin’.

Jeezus! What a pain in the azz these people are. My cars battery went out and I didn’t want to spend about $ 80 on a new battery for a car I might sell, so I went to this place to pick up a decent used one, if I could find one.
So I get there and ask the cashier if they have any batterys.
«we have a few over there» pointing to bench and stating «$ 2 to get in»
I ask if they’re charged?
«yep they’re ready to go» He says.
I pay the money and i’m in luck, I find a decent battery that will fit my car.
I take the battery to the cashier and ask him how much and whats the waranty?
«$ 25 with my core and 15 days».
This is less than the 30 days I was quoted over the phone, but I pay it any way.
I ask again it they are charged?
«yep»
I get home put it in the car and nothing. Not even the little light in the hood comes on. Okay, probably needs to be re-​charged up for fifteen minutes.
15 turned to over a half hour and still nothing.
I take it back, realizing my mistake of trying to purchase here, I ask the manager (duffy white tall guy with glasses) for a refund, explaining they just sold me a completely dead battery. I just want to get out of this, but money grubbing manager wants to keep my money hostage, which he has every right to do, since there are no refunds only exchanges.
MGR– «get him one of those new ones we got in the back» He tells the cashier.
I tell the cashier it has to be this size and point to two examples, the dead one I just brought back and my old core from my car.
While I am waiting there for 10 minutes, a part guy ask me if he can help me. I explain what happened and he told me «yeah people are suppose to bring there dead batteries on the bottom of the shelf and the good one are supposed to be ont he top.
I got mine from the top.
So now some other guy brings me a battery and it looks terrific, but a little big. I take it anyway hoping it will fit.
The good news is the battery works, the bad, is it’s too big for my hood to shut completely. LMAO. Complete waste of hours of my time.
If the manager would have refunded my money, I would not have been happy, but Would not have written this negative review and they would not have lost a customer.
I will never go back here again, unproffessional and just plain stupid.
I recomend Pick A Part in Ontario. Same cost to get in plus about 2/​3rds more cars. They have a battery shack that you can see the batteries actually charging right there.
