We have done business with Think Insurance Agent Alex Aguayo Jr. since 2010 and we have had a really great experience with his professional approach, quick response and ability to get great insurance deals for both business and personal insurance policies.
We got our current home insurance thru Alex while we struggled to find coverage for our home located in a fire zone area. We also got excellent service from Alex while seeking, applying and getting coverage for our new multi-​unit investment property, general business liability insurance and professional insurances. Alex seems always to be available for questions and is able to get insurance quotes back quickly. We are very pleased with Alex’ service and we know that he is the person to turn to with any insurance related questions. We recommend Alex to all our friends and family!
Alex works well also remotely so even if you don’t live in Pomona area I recommend you to contact him. So far we have been able to get all our insurance needs covered by phone, email and E-​signature feature Alex and Think Insurance are using.

I use Joe Tunnelle for both my car and home insurance for a few years now and I have no desire to go anywhere else! I always feel like he’s trying to figure out the best options for me, and is never trying to sell me anything I don’t need.
There’s a few people I have in my rolodex that I consistently recommend. I have a great plumber, and a great insurance guy, and Joe is that guy. Everyone I recommend him to loves him as well.
It’s been a pleasure working with him and he brings a sense of ease to the somewhat stressful decisions on how to insure your car and home. Give him a call you won’t be disappointed!

After being very frustrated with an insurance company I had dealt with for the last 20 years and I reached out to Think Insurance to see how they could help. I worked with Mary Swaving and she was incredibly knowlegable and responsive. She quickly performed an analysis of my needs and presented me with some great options. It was great to have one contact that had access to so many different companies and options. Mary made the process to switch to another company with better coverage for A LOT LESS money incredibly easy. Their follow up has been great too. I would highly recommend their service.

I would just like to say that our agent Adam has been so professional and helpful in our insurance endeavors. He has been able to help us with coverage on our cars, house, and r.v., any time we call. He even went out of his way and met with my husband the next day to get us a better deal when our rates suddenly went up earlier this year. I really think this insurance company has it right… and I know we will be sticking with them as long as we can.
