Turned that frown upside down On Sun. June 12th i came to the HD at 1:20pm. I came in looking for a portable charcoal grill. On their system they had 9 on hand and they were no where to be found. ANITA a garden associate was such an amazing helper. She got 3 other associates to check other locations for the grill. 40 min later we gave up on finding the grill and we were very upset that nothing was being found. While they were looking I called the HD in chino hills and they said they had 6. I was skeptical about going because the Pomona one said they had 9 on hand and that was not true. ANITA went above and beyond and spoke to her Manger RANDY. At the end of the day i left HD happy with ANITA’s superior customer service. She made me feel that she wanted my business HD should continue to hire associates like her.

Very bad service, I wanted help I found a person working there asked him to help, he said I’m helping other guy, I followed him he wasn’t helping anyone then I went to the service disk to find assistant. She told me to wait at the electric #6 and a person will come to help and no one came. I asked for a supervisor they told me he has a phone call. He came after 10 minutes. Actually he would like to help his name is Derek but I was very upset and left without purchasing after 30 minutes. I put zero

I went to Home Depot to by a whiskey barrel planter. Online Pomona showed they had seven. They weren’t on display. So mike did not want to look for them in the racks. Then mike pretend to call chino hills store and he had the nerve to tell my wife and I that the chino hills store said they don’t have them when online showed they had 19 barrels. We can tell he was faking. So we called are self and they said they have them. The chino hills store could not find then right away but Kenny from the garden area at the chino hills store told us we weren’t not leaving to they find the barrel planter. Kenny call a co worker Armando and they found them. Don’t go to the Pomona Home Depot go to chino hills down the 71 freeway a little farther it will be worth it!

This place is the worst don’t bother. I waited 20 min until someone who can help me. I was looking for some light bulbs which they said they had 29 of them and 5 employees had to try to find the bulbs. Horrible experience.

This is my favorite location between Upland, Ontario, and Pomona simply because it’s empty so parking is abundant, it’s right off the freeway, and it seems like the ratio of employees to customer is 4:1 I never have any issues locating anything since help is around every corner.

Very friendly staff! We just moved to Pomona, bought a dryer at the location. Main lady that works in that area is very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure at all! Today we purchased Blinds for our home. Corina was very helpful and kind. This is our Home Depot :)

You just paid out on the descrimination lawsuit. Equal opportunity should never be ignored. Tim Pfingston… shame!

DONOTPURCHASETOOLWARRANTIES! This company has the biggest racquet since the mob. It is almost impossible to get a repair on a tool because all the employees are intentionally kept in the dark on what the procedure is to allow a customer to use one. I purchased an air compressor with a three-year warranty and have spent the past three weeks getting bounced around from one person to another. Taking it from one repair shop that would not repair it; to another repair shop that would not repair it. The shops were supposed to be Home Depot approved shops. Don’t purchase any warranties on tools.

Aisles are clean and organized. Workers pretty helpful. Gets somewhat packed. I go here because it’s close but I really like the Home Depot in city of industry. Not all Home Depots are created equal.

At first I couldn’t find any help but once I got it, service was great. Adrian, Dave, and Reggie were all very helpful with drywall, lumber, and screw selection. I had a bunch of items to find but Adrian made it a lot easier and walked me through the store. A black female woman on the floor was very helpful as well as an older white female cashier(didn’t see their names). :) Thank you guys!

Went to buy for my bathroom a mirror, new faucet for the sink and a toilet. I had a friendly and helpful employee to assist me. The cashier was nice, but after I checked out and asked for assistance because the toilet weighed a ton! I waited and waited and waited at the exit for a good 20mins! And said forget it!!! I went to my car and flagged down another customer who was also waiting for assistance cause he bought a water heater! He helped me and another customer Passing by helped him!!! I give this location two stars.

I don’t find this home depot any different from other ones. But last Sunday morning, we went to return some items and we were assisted by this old lady who was having some ridiculous fit. Her surly attitude was almost unbearable; she demanded things to be placed a certain way and glared any time we made any mistake breaking her unbeknownst personal rules. She was the very opposite of customer friendly. If I ever come back here for returns and she is the person heading the returns counter or any counter for that matter, I will actually go to another Home Depot. Other than this lady, the shopping experience was no different from other Home Depots.

Went back a few weeks ago and they still play the«that’s not my department» game and act like someone will magically help you if you stand in the aisle long enough(no they don’t). Not to mention when I asked another employee for help, you would swear he was glued to the spot where he was talking to another employee and would not move.

Only reason I gave it one star is because zero isn’t allowed. I came in and bought 40gallons of paint with no problem. Tryed to buy two cans of spray paint and they wouldn’t do it without and ID. Mind you that I am 36yrs old with a full on beard and salt and pepper hair. I asked them to look at me and make a judgement call. Basically told me to go fuck myself. I will be driving to chino hills and shopping with lowes.

Customer Service at this particular Home Depot has been the #1 reason why me and my wife continue to come back to this store. We both love looking for new hardware items for our apartment, and I expect that we will continue to come back once we get a home. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable when it comes to helping us with whatever we need and want.

No stars for this place. I waited twenty minutes for the mgr named Troy to give the associate a key to get me a BBQ I wanted to purchase. And waited… Several times the associate told Troy the manager that I had been waiting a long time, he continued to help others that came after me… I finally left after standing there over twenty minute. I don’t recommend this store and I will never return. Troy the manager needs to be retrained for customer service. I took my business to the Home Depot in Chinohills, they were very attentive and friendly.

Been here a handful of times for odd n ends, somehow every time a man named Luis or Louie always helps me, older gentleman with peppered hair he’s great knows where everything is and would ask what I was using the item for to recommend something better, raise for that guy Everything else is standard Home Depot

Always helpful workers. Usually have what I need. I like to order online and then go pick it up from customer service. This store has a hot dog vendor outside — cool.
