Sunshine Coin & Laundry

Fuck this place. I’ve been coming here for years, today the active managers encouraged two customers to harass me a minute after my washer was done I was putting things away and out of my cart to make room during this time some Asian bitch and a ghetto ass black woman began harassing me and the managers encouraged it. I almost called the fucking cops :/

This place is roach infested and dirty. the lint traps are never cleared out and the restroom I wouldn’t dare go in there its incredibly gross.
I had a machine that the time went xrazy after inserting the coins. it was set for 49 minutes and when I asked the guy who supposedly cleans the place for help, all he did was tell me it takes awhile for it to work and then he left the building completely… who am I suppose to get help from if the machine goes haywire. .I tried to call the number several times for some assistance because now the machine for the past hour said 36 minutes remaining ugh what a headache… lesson learned I will never come to this terrible place again!

Yes, I am a single man that knows how to do his own laundry. Yes, my clothes are sperated by type and are neatly folded… No, I am not metro… I just have style.

I’ve been going to this facility off and on for the past year. I have the option of 2 facilities to choose from which are just about a mile away. I opted for this one simply because it’s larger and next to a 7 Eleven and self car wash. :)
The reason for the 1 star is due to their coin operated bathroom. I put in my quarter (yes a quarter), turned the knob, and as soon as I cracked the door open it smelled of jr high boys bathroom musky urine. I couldn’t believe it! Much to my amaze I still walked in simply to wash my hands. The sink was discusting, the soap pump hanging on the wall looks like it hadn’t been refilled in months maybe a year. Next I looked for papertowels… big surprise there, empty. I glanced at the toilet, it has a gold gunky ring of buildup right where the water level sits.
Some of you might think i’m over reacting of expecting Norstrom quality bathrooms at a Coin Laundry facility in Pomona. That’s not the case. I just want to know what my quarter actually went for? Oh and did I mention the hot water was turned off so you can only use freezing cold water at 6:30am.
I’ve seen different people in there sweeping, taking stuff back/​forth to the cleaning closet which leads me to believe they’re specifically told to avoid the bathroom

Love this place. Great prices lots of variety of machines, lots of folding space, excellent parking and clean, clean, clean.

Really helpful staff, free drying and the place is clean. Loving it.

Stopped by this place on Halloween — staff was passing out full size candy bars and took photos of their customers. Nice to have a local owned business with a sense of community! A +

I would recommend this place. Lots of washers and dryers, decent price, and hardly ever a wait. The owners are nice and so are the cleaning staff.

Wow, this place is clean, machines all work and the staff are very friendly, great parking makes doing my weekly laundry almost fun.
