Quest Diagnostics

Will never come here again. I waited 1 hour to even be called to find out what blood work needs to be done i then waited another hour for hem to take blood. The front receptionist is rude, she has very curly hair, to the clients: talking down to them and being nasty. I will never come to a quest diagnostics again. Unprofessional, lazy and rude! Waste of time just to draw blood.

The staff was really great with our twins and working with two years old trying to get their blood drawn. They were kind, quick and efficient to the little ones. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly staff. Would definitely return to this location.

I give this rating because of the front office staff, I had an appointment yesterday and they had Me wait half-​hour after My appointment to be seen, it’s like this every time even though I have an appointment, and if I bring it to their attention, they talk about You amongst them like You’re doing something wrong

I have visited this facility in the past and never had a problem. However, something has changed. On my last visit, I was requested to provide a credit card or pay an estimated amount based on my insurance coverage. This has never happened and my coverage is very good. Also, I have used Quest for 10+ years and never had a bill payment issue. I was quire surprised at this request but needed to get the tests back to my doctor. I was told the card will just have a «Hold» — like a rental car — and this will be released upon payment by the insurance company. I received the EOB from insurance and the amount I owe based on my coverage was $ 11.00 — the amount held by Quest $ 149.00 — What is this all about? Is this age, gender, race or some other type of profiling used and yes — this office is all Latino and I am non Latino –was that the issue here? Very disappointed in this treatment. Shame on Quest as the receptionist could not provide a written policy to back up this request.

Went there this morning and the lady taking the forms was really selective when dealing with customers. She was only nice to Spanish speaking patients. They forgot to give me a return envelope for specimens I need to do at home. Wonder if they really «forgot» to include it. Anyway. Go to other branch.

Went here without an appointment and the girls who were in charge were very slow (actually thats not the word or phrase I would use, but I’m trying to be nice). I’ve been to other quest labs without appointments before and this location was the worst. One girl who should have been helping with check-​in was on a computer doing I don’t know what had no consideration for the customers time. After almost 1 hour I had 8 people in front of me and that had not changed since I got there. I left to another location and was out of that location in ½ hour from the moment I walked into this location which I will give 5 stars and customer service was excellent (upland). If I could give this location a zero I would.

New, clean,& green (recycled furniture) lab. Hospital related blood work. You can call ahead and make an apt.& I recommend that you do.

This is one of the better quest locations. I came here to get my glucose test done today for my pregnancy and everyone was really nice and friendly:
–plenty of parking
–you do not have to wait at all if you made an appointment. Definitely go online and make one!!! Otherwise it’s a 30ish min wait for walk ins.
–friendly staff
–they were able to get blood the first time even though I’m a «hard draw»
–they chill the glucose drinks so its easier to go down

This Quest is so far better than the other Quest I’ve been going to. They were nice and friendly, and definitely not rude.
I did not get a hematoma, but even if I did, I wouldn’t mind at all. Hematoma is only a bruise, and like any other bruise it will go away. You can ice it off right after the blood draw to let the blood vessel to constrict and close up, than apply hot compress after. Hematoma is absolutely normal, there is no need to overreact.

I made an appointment via online. I was assigned to a test room right after I signing attendance sheet without waiting. The front desk staff and the phlebotomist were very friendly and professional. The environment is Bright and Clean. The service is the best! My phlebotomist is super patient and smiles at me all of the time. She made me not nervous at all because I am really afraid of needle. I would definitely make this location is my No.1 choice in the future!

The good: I came in on a Saturday morning and was in and out in ~20 minutes. The staff was very nice and they seemed very concerned with ensuring that the right samples were taken and the right information was on those samples. The waiting room was nice and the «blood taking» rooms were organized and private.
The not as good: I had to give a credit card that will be charged in the future. This was weird because I have a flex account and I can just see this causing problems. They didn’t have any hand sanitizer anywhere. I felt germy and couldn’t wait to get home to wash my hands.
Overall, if you take some hand sanitizer you can have a pretty pleasant experience (for what you can have when getting blood drawn).

Saturday’s before 7am is the best time to get blood work done. Me and my wife only spent about 30 minutes at this place, the people were polite and patience. And I appreciate their professionalism.

I’ve been to many local Quest locations for blood draws and none have left me feeling pleased. (They are always terse, rude, unprofessional, poorly trained, and create an overall miserable experience.)
Here, the front desk staff and the phlebotomist were polite, amiable, and very professional. The facility is bright, clean, and updated. The service is prompt. I hope that my next visit here will be just as great.

I had a horrible experience when my blood was being drawn. The phlebotomist jammed the needle in my arm which really hurt and caused me to develop a hematoma. My arm hurt for days and was frightening to look at. It was hurting so much I had to make an appointment with my doctor to make sure that it was not something worse. I contacted Quest and told them what happened. Their immediate answer was that «this type of thing happens» and showed little concern. I requested that I be credited for that procedure since it caused me so much harm. They refused and said they would reimburse me for my doctor’s visit. I submitted a copy of the bill and now they want me to submit a copy of the paid bill. They are stalling and are exhibiting absolutely zero customer service.
