I come here often due to my work in the child development field. I come to drop off forms and ask a few general questions to the accounting department. I often see parents giving attitude to the workers there. Theyget frustrated that they have to fill out so much paperwork to get free or low cost child care. Personally I think the people that scream and hollar should be thankful that they are getting these programs. When I come with a positive attitude, everone there is friendly and more than helpful. They always explain what I need to do to correct any issues.
