New Wave Nail

This place was terrible, I walked in to ask about their $ 11.99 full set special and one of the two girls rolled her eyes. Then I sit down for a pedicure/​full set for my hands. The girl jabbed the cuticle remover so hard on my toe that it bled, but all I said was «ouch haha it’s ok.» Then the girl doing my acrylics dug her nail so hard on the side of my finger that it looked like a gash and IT HURT and she wouldn’t give me my hand to I can look at it. Then she did it again in my other hand. Her excuse was «your skin is too soft» .she didn’t apologize.
So after I had all these cuts I kept stressing the fact that I didn’t want them to get infected so if she could please pour some alcohol on it or something and she replied with «you’re picky and cheap!» … Um what?! I got caught off guard and replied with «the only reason I’m being picky is because you hurt me three times. That doesn’t make me cheap.?» Let her finish her her crummy job and got up and left. I was shaking cause I wanted to yell but I held it together.

Very hole in the wall place and nail lady’s don’t always seem to happy. Cheap and never busy enough to get seen right away.

Hi, so I drove by they had specials 13.99 full set what… walked in kinda empty 2 customers cool asked for full set13.99 and gel color 7.00=21.00. I am happy with the results I’m just kinda disappointed they didn’t cut my regular nails down that’s why I gave it 4 stars …

It’s dirty, defiantly not coming back!!! It’s like this lady did not know what she was doing. There was only 3 ppl working and ¹⁄₃ looked like she knew how to do a pedicure. It’s a big place but they have no employees on a Friday evening? Sticking to the swapmeet across the street.

I decided to give this place a try due to ratings and because I see this place often. So I walked in and and was asked why u needed and was told to sit and wait as u did ever so patiently but an hr went by and other people went in and were immediately helped and than were kicked out by one of the techs due to the fact the woman had children with her. Keep in mind Im still sitting there waiting to be called waited another 20 mins another lady came in and the same tech sat her down and never called me. i was acknowledged I was there cuase the other tech did ask what I needed and I told her I was waiting in the other tech and said ok prior to everything that happened before. So I just got up and left to my usual place. I will most definitely not be going back
