«You people.» I broke my phone accidentally and went back in to get a replacement. They informed that the phone was now discontinued and the upgrade«LGLEON» would be the same phone just faster and with more space. After taking the phone home and working with it for a while, I concluded that it was not the same phone as, I was told and did not satisfy my needs or requirements. You see, I am disabled. Legally blind in my right eye and have difficulty with my left. I am also a dialysis patient with additional and numerous other medical conditions. Having made that clear to them, I returned the next day and asked them to replace this phone with a bigger one and I would be willing to pay the extra charges. They refused, citing that the«contract» spells out their return policy that when changing from one device to another device all sales are final. I informed them that no where in the store is this policy clearly or visibly present and regarding the«contract» I never signed it, was not made aware of the policy and was not even given the contract until after the sale was completed when they placed the contract into the bag. This is clearly against the law. They told me to take the issue up with their corporate office in Pomona and I did so. Arriving at the Pomona corporate office, I was met with an extremely hostile manager, Stephanie, who told me there was nothing she could do. I asked her that, in light of my medical conditions, would they make an exception. She said«No» and stormed off saying, «You people always want something for nothing». I stood there in shock. Suffering from high blood pressure, I stood there for approximately five minutes and then a security guard approached me saying, «The manager told you that there’s nothing they could do for you. So why are you just standing there?» I told him that I was not bothering anyone and was collecting my thoughts to examine what my options were. He informed me that if I did not leave, they were going call the cops. I asked him, «You going to call the police on a customer that’s just standing here?» It is apparent that this company has no regard for the law, employs clandestine practices against their customers by 1. Not clearly displaying any and all return policies. 2. By providing a «contract» after the point of sale and holding you to the policies in that agreement. This is clearly against the law, not to mention sleazy. 3. Perhaps more importantly, I do not believe they are in compliance with the ADA(American Disabilities Act) and clearly have no regard for customers with disabilities. It is my intent to follow this up with a lawsuit against the company for these reasons and the companies personal and public humiliation against me and my wife. If any of these events sound like circumstances that have happened to you, please email me at .

We started Metro PCS service at this store. They sold us a Samsung Galaxy Mega telling us it was an unlocked phone. We later found out(we had no idea about this stuff) that Metro PCS does not sell unlocked phones. This phone turned out to be an international model from UAE. It even had the%%#$#@#@ Koran on it. Billie can’t get updates on this phone without calling Samsung. We just found out from another Metro Store that they programmed the phone wrong. They set up a Samsung Galaxy S3 for me, it was a Metro Pcs phone that I bought on Ebay, the guy it would never get 3G. Of course it gets 3G. Shady and Incompetent, bad combo. I would try someone else.

I came in a got service because I needed something easier on the pocketbook. The guys here are very informative and nice. The only thing I don’t like is I get a text on my phone for one price, then I go in and its a few dollars more and the receipt that I get back as a text isn’t the same as what I paid.

Was going to go in. But they have a big speaker blasting the most profane unedited music. Definitely not a real attention getter. Appearance and presentation is everything. They failed
