McDonald’s

I usually keep a low expectation when going to fast foods and this is no different. I asked for a snack sized mcflurry (as it was the only size on the menu) and the lady said they didn’t sell those. She defaulted to Oreo mcflurry «regular size» when I didn’t specify and when I told her m&m she said «changed your mind»?
Sorry just a small rant.

I personally don’t like this McDonald’s anymore. Every time I come here there’s always something wrong with my food. Lesson learned. I’m not coming here for coffee either because it always takes like water.

Worst McDonald’s I been to the soda machine doesn’t work and atm doesn’t work. They took forever to give me my food when there was only like 3 ppl ordering. I had order my daughter a chicken nugget happy meal and girl only put down a four piece I asked for a refund.

management allows sick personel to prepare food items I personally became sick after eating here, people with colds should not be allowed to prepare food. Just plane comen scenes. But they do it anyway. Makes no scene.

This place is surprisingly fast for a McDonald’s. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and/​or get coffee, this place is much faster than the Starbucks next door.

I don’t understand why they only accept cash during late hours? I thought the first time it was maybe because their systems were down… nope its an every late night thing! Super annoying for people like me who get off late and do not carry cash! I guess I’ll have to get a burrito from Alfredos!

I really love the sweet tea. It was very sweet. I’m so happy it was $ 100, because that’s all I had left. I mean I I latterly pulled the change from under my seat

I’ve been going here since I can remember and I’ve never experienced a bad situation nor bad service. It’s next to a Starbucks so if you want a burger and a Starbucks drink why not. The parking can be a little packed in extremely busy hours, but it’s a good McDonalds. The service is good too. Nice cashiers and quick orders!

place Slo took forever in the drive threw, man place was packed here, i waited forever, service was ok but damm fast food means fast food.

I usually don’t go to Mc Donald’s but decided to stop. I was craving one of those little cheeseburgers but got a cheese-​less cheeseburger. Hahahaha How do you mess that up? (See photo) The wrapper is color coded!!! Lmao. They replaced it, only after asking for the dysfunctional cheeseburger back, just to throw it in the trash! WTF Mc Donalds??? You’d rather throw it in the trash rather than someone eat it? There are starving kids Africa! Or let me keep it as payment for me having to come back!!! Time is $$. But I didn’t want it anyway, just ranting. Mc Donald’s sucks. See you in another few years hahahaha

Drive threw sucks!
I just went today to get 3 hot cakes with Sausage… a Delux. With 5 hash browns.
They gave me 3 hot cakes plates… no sausage.
And 6 hash browns which I don’t mind they are delicious. But it’s the the first time they mess up my order threw drive threw.

Come here tonight during the LA County Fair, and I’ll admit the service wasn’t that bad. It’s still an OK experience because it is McDonald’s but they didn’t mess up my order. And I was in and out in about 7 minutes. As always this is a great location for a McDonald’s because it’s right off the 10 Freeway and not far from the LA County Fair (Fairplex Fairgrounds). The staff was friendly and nice.

The slowest McDonald’s ever. Seriously, ever I’m waiting in line as I write this. I’ve been here countless times since I work up the street. Unless you are desperate and can spare time. Avoid.

I had received my order with the wrong type of sauce… I really dont worry about something small like that, (ive worked fast-​food before I know how it is) but this time the little dark fat girl with glasses gave attitude about it, after I asked to switch it out… she applied for the JOB, ITS NOT MY FAULT SHE HATES IT!

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. I came here last night got a 20 piece chicken meal they forgot my fries.
Had to stop here again today, I ordered a large, buffalo ranch mcchicken meal and a second buffalo ranch mcchicken on the side both sandwiches with cheese and tomato. When I got my my food I had been given a medium meal with two bacon buffalo ranch mcchickens.
On top of all this when I looked at my receipt I had been over charged. By a couple of bucks.
The staff are so under trained. I had to repeat my to the girl 4 times, and she still got my order wrong.
I know McDonolds is over all crappy, but they must have been hard tried be extra hard to mess up today.
Oh and they were out of sweet tea

A couple months ago, my bf and iwent to this mcds since we were at my moms house. the only thing we ordered was 2 L sweet teas and a 4piece chicken nugget happy meal for our daughter. We got them but apparently when I opened up our daughters box, she only got 3 PIECES ! like really!!! After that, we haven’t came here AT ALL! I wouldn’t mind if it was our food but it was my child’s food!

I go here whenever I need to get a quick treat for the kids. It gets crowded after school because its right next to Genesha High School. So if you come right after school, plan for a long wait. People usually come in groups, some for pleasure and even for quick business meetings. There is wi-​fi, I’ve been to some that don’t surprisingly. This location is a bit tight, 8 booths, 9 grouped tables (some have 2 round tables, but group it as one table, so to say. see photo to see what I mean), and a bar type seating area for 4 people. For those who are heavy set, seating is literally tight. There are a couple handicap areas with pullout chairs, everything else is bolted to the floor. Why do I mention this? Because not everyone is stick skinny and some of us just want to sit comfortably to the side if you’re at a booth. You guys know what I mean. This place lacks napkins… where the heck are their napkins? You have to ask for it. What happens when they’re busy? You gotta wait like everyone else. So ask ahead for more napkins for you and the kiddies our you’re gonna have to run to the restroom. The sweet tea is good, we’re (me and the kids) are picky about the sweet tea. I don’t appreciate when certain McDonalds staff (occasionally here, but there are other locations guilty of this), will give you unsweetened tea and hand you sugar packets… is NOT the same. Don’t do it the quick way or the lazy way… it appears like you don’t care. I’d rather hear, «I’m sorry, we are making another batch. It will take 10 minutes. You could wait or we can give you your money back. Sorry for the inconvenience.» But that’s me. The place is relatively clean even on a busy day. Staff is polite and the manager is easily reachable. There there, right next to other employees, helping everyone out. That’s awesome.

I’ve never reviewed a McDonald’s before but since I needed a place to stop before my next destination, I came here. Really impressed that they gave me REAL honey when I ordered hot tea. I didn’t even ask for it cuz I assumed they wouldn’t have it. Also, I haven’t had their fries in a long time and they were super fresh! They got my order right too when I added lettuce and tomatoes, lol. The cashier and African American female manager were very polite and pleasant. I wish I had gotten their names to add it to my review. The staff overall gave me a good vibe and I’m glad I stopped in for the free wifi!

***This McDonald’s has a convenient location right off the freeway; their breakfast is tasty enough and not too expensive, but it also greasy and probably not that good for you (if you opt for one of the meals with their hashbrowns); service was quick***
Like most McDonald’s locations, this one has its own (free) parking lot. It was easy finding an open space in the morning.

Don’t usually review mcD’s much. But this location gave me fresh fries at 2am on a Saturday night! Thought they deserved some brownie points there :) Ordered my regular 10 pcs nuggets meal here with the bf and it was crispy, fresh, and tasty.
Only downfall was they didn’t have ice cream available! I know it was a cold night but come on! 24 hours is the only reason why we came to this location. I really wanted my Oreo mcFlurry! Get on it guys!
