I absolutely love this place! I’ve been a customer for a while now and they’ve never failed me. They have fast service and are very good.

A nail salon does one thing, make nails beautiful. A bad nail job is like a bad haircut, or like bad eyebrows. We pay money to care for our personal appearance and when somebody ruins it, it feels personal.
I went in for a gel manicure. Took about 4 months to grow my nails, and I asked for a small trim and keep the shape. She cut them down to the bed on the edges and shaped them pointy! I asked her to stop because I wanted to cry! I left this place disappointed and crushed. The lady started speaking loudly in her native language. I used to be a loyal customer, but I’m never going back.

EVERYONE at this place does a fantastic job… I have become a regular. My favorite is Steven… He takes his time and puts a lot of effort into his work of art! Again EVERYONE does a great job there!! b we all have preferences in life so I am not putting down anyone there. Thank you Lees Nails!

I have been here a few times and it was a few times too many. I was looking forward to a new nail salon place close to home but I am so disappointed with their customer service, and nail work. They do a great job with waxing eyebrows but that would be it.
My last couple of visits were with one of their male workers — and I’m sorry I do not have a name but that’s part of the lack in customer service, they do not introduce themselves and only look down at their work. No small talk at all. At least ask me what I want — I have to repeatedly tell them. This guy also skimps out a lot on manicures and acrylic nail work. He is messy and does not clean your hands before they get ready to polish. Also, I get the gel on top of acrylics and since I’ve been getting this done for a few years now, I am familiar with the steps. There is a clear coat of gel that is put on top of the nail prior to the color gel. This did not happen. Also, after your nails are done you get lotion on your hands and a quick massage on your hands. This didn’t happen either. He was dismissing me with nail dust still on my hands. I asked for lotion and he seemed bothered and instead said, «I’ll put oil.» Oh yea, I also forgot about that part, you are supposed to get cuticle oil on your fingers before the lotion. He put on the oil and let me rub it.
Ridiculous. Do you realize there are a number of nail salons? Oh well, they lost me as a customer a while back. My bad for coming back, it was only out of convenience, but I won’t inconvenience myself anymore. Guess I’m taking my business outside of Pomona — again.

My first time coming here. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, staff was pretty nice. My nails came out just as nice as I hoped for. Highly satisfied!

My first time trying out this nail place. And my acrylic nails came out perfect ! And The wait tim was not bad.

Found my new nail salon. It’s close to home so perfect. The place is clean and organize. The selection on gel nail polish colors is insane it’s hard to choose.

Just thought it was really weird that there was no soap or anything in my tub of water when they didn’t my feet. Who only
Soaks feet in plain water? No soap, salts or anything? Everywhere I go usually puts something in the hot water and let’s my feet soak for a few minutes. I didn’t care for that. Both women on either side of me got some salts put into their water. I heard them both ask for just a regular pedicure. Nothing extra.
On the upside, the foot massage was nice. Lord knows I needed it after a tough workout.
I tried getting another simple
Design only big toe. Wasn’t looking good. I should know better than to try to do it again. I guess this isn’t the place for me. I LOVE designs with my pedicures.
They do a good job for a basic pedicure though. I just like a little extra. They’re not the spot for designs. Also, she cut one of my big toe nails shorter than the others. Smh. Not ok with me. $ 28 for something I did not care for. I’m done with this place

I come here every 3 weeks to a month. Which is absolutely amazing for me because of the fact that my full sets & pedicures last me that long. I’ve been to so many salons where my nails would break within a week if not less. This is my go to spot. No matter what city I’m in I’ll always come back here. Annie & Steven are my favorites here but everyone else is more than qualified & excellent. I’ve always had great service & no problems with bad chemical reactions. I’ve never even had my paint start chipping right away. 5 STARS FOR LEE NAILS & SPA

I went back to get my nails done, this time I decided to get an acrylic over lay (acrylic over your natural nail) the girl who attended me did a horrible job. She’s looked new so I didn’t want to hurt her feelings by telling her that I wasn’t happy. Not only did she look new but I think she was having a bad day. I asked her if she could file my nail a little bit more and she snapped at me! I know what it’s like to deal with customers so I decided to let it go and I thought maybe the customer isn’t always right? Lol long story short I couldn’t get over how ugly my nails were so I called the shop and the owner asked me to come in. She apologized for the lack of professionalism and by the way the whole staff reacted, I’m sure I wasn’t the first one who complained about the new girl. Steven fixed my nails and I’m loving them!

Great work by Steven. First time here. Fast, great work and excellent customer service?!

First visit. New to area. Good color selection, be patient for walk in. Gonna try pedicure next time. Credit card accepted for $ 1 process fee. Cash tip preferred. Lily was great. Very attentive unlike other nail places I’ve been to. Looking forward to returning.

I don’t like the wait sometimes here. Seems like they were short staffed today. I’ve come here many several times before. Lost my rewards card that was almost full! Good atmosphere and easy parking. :)

Always get my pedicures here they come out good, I usually don’t like getting my nails done here I’m just super picky about them but I gave them one more shot haven’t been here in a while. Diane did my nails I think she’s new I’m not sure but I loved them. My first time getting coffin style shape and I really like how they came out!

I’ve been to this salon three times now and I waited to write a review because I have OCD and am very picky about nails. I rarely go to a salon to get my nails done but when I do, it’s because it helps to have nice nails so I don’t pick at them.
I was hesitant at first to come here but found that they are very clean. They line their tubs with plastic bags and open their sterilized tools in front of you. I’m very picky about this so I love that they do this.
Prices are reasonable for the services offered and I have had Lily do my nails and love them. This past time I got gel nails for the first time and I love them so far. No chips or anything but it has only been a few days so we’ll see. I didn’t ask the name of the girl who did them this time but she was very careful and I appreciate that because my nails are not messy and the application is flawless. I’ve gotten my pedicure done by the same girl, twice, and didn’t love them. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name. This last time I walked out with two chips on two different toenails so I wasn’t happy about it but overall, pretty good. I’ll be coming back and asking for Lily or Steven.

I am so unhappy with my nails. The only reason I am giving a star is because I’m forced to.
I’m not from the area but decided to stop in while visiting my in laws. Bad Idea. First off, the technician that did my nails wasn’t very friendly at all.
I got a pink and white full set and a pedicure. Long story short, she put the acrylic powder too far down on my nails and now only 3 days later it is lifting. She also did not cover my entire nail with the gel polish leaving dull spots on my nail.
I don’t want to get started on my pedi.
Just unhappy overall.

Please be cautious, my visit for a pedicure on April 29,2015, turned out to be a tragic mistake. I opted for the callus remover and ended up with severe chemical burns/​open sores on the born of my feet. According to my doctor the remover was either improperly diluted and or applied incorrectly and left on too long. It has been nearly 2 months and the open sore on my left foot is still extremely painful and needs to be treated and wrapped everyday, making it difficult to walk.
FYI be aware of chemicals applied on your feet.

After thorough research on the nail salons in my area, I came here. Not only is it the closest but it was rated the highest. Score! I was not let down in any way.
Although previous reviews suggest you may need an appointment, I walked in and did not have to wait. I was greeted by almost the entire staff (all very friendly) and was seated for my pedicure immediately. I was also able to have the manicurist do my gels while sitting in the massage chair. The service from both was quick yet thorough and quite detail oriented (as it should be). I looked around at everyone else’s nails too and they seemed to be very well done. (Thumbs up!)
The salon was organized and very clean. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Love this place. All of them do a great job. Make sure you ask for a punch card to get $ 10.00 off on the 10^th visit.
Make sure you get there early because it gets busy real quick.

Really like the sterile bags used to keep equipments. The bowl for pedicure line with new plastic bag. They use gloves and change it before doing nails.
The one bad thing is limited English and sometimes I end up paying more cuz I had no idea what she asked me to do. Also no wifi (?? Why) and no place to put my bags. I wish there was a stool instead of putting my bags on floor!
On the plus side I love they give you pillows to hold.
I don’t recommend bringing tots here. The smell of fumes and also the wait time and lack off seating area is going to be an issue.
Cost is reasonable … Unless u end up saying yes to everything cuz you couldn’t understand what they saying.
Better idea to make appointment or you’ll be waiting by the door. At least there’s great shopping area around here.
