EZ Car Wash & Lube

I like this place. I bring all my cars here, most workers do a pretty good job, although the last time I went you could tell one of them was in a hurry to clean the car and kind of did a crappy job. There was still bird poop on my car and other things I pointed it out and he just shrugged. Other than that one time the other workers have always done a good job. I usually go on the weekday in the morning when it’s not too busy. I buy my car washes in packages so I get a small discount. They also have a 30 $ plus tax oil change and free car wash so that’s pretty cool.

Won’t be coming back, overpriced for lousy work. The employee scoffed when I asked for a towel to clean the dirty wheels he left. After driving off the widows were still dirty and streaky. Probably from using dirty towels. And they closed their gates 30min before the posted closing time. Do not go here your better off going through a gas station car wash.

Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $ 29.95 for a regular car wash and an inside clean. My car was ready in no less than 15 minutes, some would say: «Wow fast service!» NOT THE KIND OF FAST SERVICE YOU WANT. The cleaning service lacked quality and attention to detail. All they did was wash the outside of my car and vacuum the inside. I COULD OF DONE THIS AT HOME. And to top it off, they forgot my car scent, of which I paid extra for. To be courteous, I tipped the men well.
Next time I’ll go to Chevron and get a quick tunnel wash. At least the machine will get all the right spots.

I have been there many times. The staffs are nice. But some of the cleaning staffs are not good at their work.
I went to there on 6÷4÷16 for a car value wash. When it is done, I asked the staff if he did the tire wax. HE SAID YES. I trust him and left. When I arrived home. I found there is NO TIRE WAX!
For everyone: Please CHECK EVERYTHING before leaving, such as tire wax.

Wait time is not fun, but you chose a hand wash for a reason, right? You want the hand done service. You desired someone who looks at everything on your car and takes good care of it and this place delivers. When you open your back door and water drips onto you, that was not what you ordered, right? And you don’t have that problem here. After a visit to EZ Car Wash, my car was cleaner than when I picked it up off the lot (because they have cleaner rinsing water than my dealer and EZ does a meticulous job drying it. But, I was not loving the 60 minutes it took from arrival to departure – especially when I could just drive right up. I am glad I brought my phone and had a lot of reading saved up. BTW: If you are a fan of chicharones (pork rinds), they had 6 types for sale in the lounge. Plenty of time for taste testing with your friends.

This used to be a great car wash. These days it’s great if you have 2 hours to spare. They have more cars then workers even in 97 degree weather — go figure. You’d think they’d turn on the A/​C to make it comfortable for their customers to wait inside… Forget about it. Find another car wash.

The biz can get crowded. Tip: avoid the peak hours or try again later if there are too many customers ahead. My Acura is happy so far.

I paid $ 20 for the delux package and regret paying the extra $ 5. The basic is $ 15.00. The only difference is wax. My car doesn’t even smell like air freshener. My car. Still looks dirty. Not a happy camper at all. I dont even think that they put wax on my car. Not shiny at all and feels a bit grimey.

This place is understaffed. One guy vacuuming. One guy washing. 2 guys drying. The wait is way too long for a car wash. If you see a line keep driving.

I love this car wash. I’ve been to many in the area and I always keep coming here because the others don’t compare. I get a $ 40 wax once a year and I usually get the $ 14.99 car was the rest of the time. They do a great job. I’ve been coming here for years and I am happy with the cleanliness of my vehicle!

EZ car wash and lube was the fastest and cleanest car wash I ever been to! The service was great and friendly!

After calling on the phone, I was advised of the car washes and the prices.
–upon arrival I was up-​sold to a higher package.
-$ 40 for what I thought was going to be a superior wash!
— At first glance my car appeared okay, but after driving one block to the Rite– aid I saw that it was anything but…
My $ 40 got me —
— a broken cell phone charger
–smudges on my windows
–tires were not cleaned
–rims still covered in black
–gum on the side of my car
–paid extra for the door panels and inside to be clean but they were sticky and gross
–so much armor all was used that the car felt greasy
I think i got better car washes from the drive thru car washes at the gas station.
Not worth the hour and half wait. Then when I bring my car back the guy he sold me the package agreed that it was done poorly. They were closing so they could not redo. And no refund because the girl behind the counter said she is not allowed to give refunds. I was willing to pay $ 10 for a basic wash which was what I got (if that).
I now get to call tomorrow to talk to the manager Amir.

This car wash has vey slow service. However the people are very nice and the place is clean. Soda machine doesn’t work (bummer), and the wait is too long !!!

First time here, so far I have been given an hour long wait approximation. I was greeted by Hugo, the ticket taker who was very polite in explaining the different car wash packages. I was rudely interrupted by another employee while I was talking to Hugo but with as busy as it was and the apology I received for the incident, I was forgiving. The gentleman detailing my car did an outstanding job though so because of him I will try this place again.

Pros:
-$ 6.99 for a basic car wash — you can’t beat the prices here for any of their services!
–They’ve done a great job for me each time
–TV and wifi in the waiting room
–Indoor and outdoor seating
–Great selection of air fresheners! The Refresh ones keep my car smelling good for a month!
–They have a frequent customer card (Pay for 10 car washes and get the 11^th one free).
Cons:
–The wait can be really long here, the cashier lady said it was worst Fridays, weekends, and then sometimes on Mondays.
–Best to get a car wash Tuesday-​Thursday

Came in on my lunch break on a busy Wednesday afternoon and this turned out to be the best part of my day! Got a super clean Carwash with the purchase of super quick oil change for free! Free wifi, cool air inside waiting room, & tv! Good selection of drinks and snacks! They also have a covered patio outdoors! Friendly guys made sure I left happy and I did!

I will admit that I was a bit upset when two of the employees didn’t let me in when I was there 17 minutes before closing. They said they took the last client in at 5:45pm (I was there at 5:43pm) so I asked if I could speak to the owner. Amir did greet me and was very welcoming. He even walked me in to the front and asked his guys to take care of me. He was very nice and didn’t hesitate to take me in.

Nothing beat going home after a car wash and end up cleaning my car again myself because they did terrible job at cleaning the interior! :(I am a simple person and when I went in my car it felt dirty.

I live at least 4 car wash places away, but I prefer this one. Thank you Amir for taking care of my cars.

Absolutely not. This guy weaseled me out of 90 bucks because I had a special car that needed a specialty filter. OOOk. But he was looking at my car and saying «viente viente, viente» and pointing to random places in my engine… and I’m like. why are you pointing to my WASHER FLUID and telling me TWENTY? Clearly this guy doesn’t realize that non-​latinos can speak spanish too in southern california. Whatever, I had no other choice but to have him do the oil change and check out/​fill up all the fluids including the coolant, etc. I probably got had, but because I don’t know anything about cars, I just went with it.
I made him charge me 90 only with 0 tax, but of course there’s the throw away fee and all that shit too. It came with a terrible carwash as well, which they did NOT clean all the dirt from my rims, and although they cleaned the inside, either they had oil/​grease on their clothes or their rags, because there were black marks here and there on my BEIGE LEATHER seats, center console, headrest and steering wheel. For real.
Also, the stuff that they use to make your car smell must be oil based because they just sprayed it right on my floor covers which are rubber and it was oily for the past few days which made the mats dirtier because my shoe would go on the oil or pick up dust and transfer it on the oil.
Then there’s the wait. and the wait. and the wait. Only thing I think was okay was that the place had free wifi and something decent on the TV, and cold drinks.
I do not recommend this place.
