I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and am always treated like a rock star. formerly across the st now tax pros Delana has always gotten me the best return for my lady and i. she explains exactly why I’m getting what I’m getting. My return also comes extremely fast. I will recommend to all who want their taxes done right. thank you Pomona tax pro family.

I see a lot of negativity for this place that is now called Pomona Tax Pros. I have been going to Delana Ugas for the past 3 years & she is very helpful. She goes through everything in detail & lets us understand where those numbers are coming from. Before signing any documents she wants us to make sure we know what we are signing. There may have been one person maybe more doing something shady but that shouldnt hold everyone reaponsible. Afterall, i dont see all the same people working there from across the street taxes.

These shady fools moved to 838 North Garey Ave and changed their name to Pomona Tax Pros. Same people. Be warned.

One star too many!!! If you want to receive lots of refund $$$$ only to found out that you will Get Audited by the IRS & IRS will Demanded to Pay those Refunds back to them… This is the The Right Place. We got Audited 2 years in the Row and had to do a Payment Plan with IRS to pay this money back. Across the street will charge you to file the CA State but won’t even bother to send it to the CA Franchise Tax Board. They Will put all the Icing on the cake the first year you file with them, they’ll amazed you with the amount of money you’ll be getting on Refund, but they don’t tell you. They put all the wrong Numbers and they didn’t add up the Number correctly. NEVER EVER FILE YOUR TAX WITH THIS PEOPLE. If it was just a simple Tax return I advice you to do it your self with all this Free Turbo Tax or H&R Block free service. It’s worth it but they’ll back you up if you have any questions. Unlike Across the street Tax, they will NEVER answer your call back, even if you left a Long Voicemail about your concerns regarding Audit by IRS. This place is Nothing but a Scam.

The office moved next door. This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent, they do not return calls even when they made the call to you first. They messed up on our taxes twice, the first one was a simple mistake, we figured it happens. The second time was the following year (2015). So that’s two consecutive years. I had my parents file there and they mistakenly put the wrong name for my mom. They are so loud as well, it’s similar to guests from the Jerry Springer show.

*ZERO STARS* BEWARE!!! AUDIT AUDIT AUDIT! The people here are crooks! Gave them my business for 4 years because they got me thousands of dollars as opposed to hundreds. When I asked why I wasn’t receiving this kind of money when I filed at other places they said it was cause the other places weren’t as up to date with the new laws and didn’t care enough to see what credits I qualify for. Turns out they were putting false information on my taxes! And charging me hundreds for it. ME AND EVERY PERSON I REFERRED ENDED UP BEING AUDITED AND OWING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! When I went to the IRS for the most scariest interview I’ve ever been on in my life they told me they were bringing in a lot of people who had their taxes done there and we all had the same story! I was so furious! The IRS woman said they were going to be dealing with them as well for falsifying so many peoples documents. When we all tried contacting them for help with our audits, big surprise no one wanted to come to the phone. I think I just saw something about them being permanently closed. Good!

Used them for the past two years, but the phone is disconnected now. Still in business?

1 star is a one to many… My wife and I got our taxes done here. my wife submitted her taxes with them before April and just got her state back now, the federal is still out somewhere, who knows. when she calls it goes to voice mail and says they close at 6 but she is calling at 4 30 or 5. after a few days of calling and leaving messages she calls again and get a hold of someone and lets her know that they close at 4. They promise to call you once your Tax Adviser (if you want to call them that) is back in. Never received a call back twice with that same promise. Still waiting to hear anything back… this was a simple return, the easiest there is… should not be anything to it. Cute story about how they left HR block which was «across the street“but i think they were fired…

Great people, Great service, Great Tax Return. They where able to fix my Child Support issues with baby mamma. So now I dont have baby mamma drama and my tax returns all good in the hood. I recommend my entire family and friends to get their taxes done at ATS. All thumbs up from each and everyone :)

Best tax advise you will ever get. Back in 2008, for some reason I ended up owing the IRS alot of money. In the past I have never owe the IRS, as I have always claimed 0 in my W4. In the nutshell, Delana fixed my 2008 tax return. Til this date, I have never had any tax issues what so ever. She fixed what others have tried to. Thank you!

very unprofessional, everyone in there is eating, rude, the lady was nice to me, but rude to my wife, never call you back when you have questions, plust THEY OVERCHARGE!!!

I was recommended by a friend and its the worst recommendation ever. At first I tried making an appointment and it took Lucy forever to even get back to me. Then I finally go in and submit my taxes and I only get the state tax back not the federal. They then said that I had to submit the form manually. I’m suppose to submit manually? I thought I paid them to filed the taxes for me. Its been 2 month now and still have not received anything from federal or a follow up from them. HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER AGAIN!!!

these people are very unprofessional. they say they’re gonna send the taxes in, and three weeks later they dont know what happened. or they say they’re system is down. you call and ask a question, they say let me look into it and i’ll call you back. and they WONT. its a hassle dealing with these people. i highly recommend you go somewhere else.
