You will be panhandled at this location. Drug addicts and homeless meander the parking lot all the time even in 100 degree whether. Its one of the messiest, dirtiest stores I frequent, I love the 99er’s but not this one anymore. Produce had flies house and fruit. As well as its not even August yet and a whole isle has already been dedicated to Halloween.
