DSL West provided me with internet in my West LA apartment for almost 3 years and I can say with complete honesty that it was the best and most stress free ISP service I’ve ever had. The only reason I stopped my service was that I relocated overseas.
The best part was that, being a smaller company, the person I spoke to when I initially set up the service (Dee) was my primary point of contact for the duration of my relationship with the company. On the rare occasion that I experienced a service interruption I just called Dee and she sorted things out, keeping me updated every step of the way.
I would have no hesitation in recommending DSL West over the larger players for your home internet service.
