Viewpoints is one of the most interesting places in Pt Reyes. The owner Lee has her heart in that business and interacting with her is such a pleasure. There are always new and fascinating things to be found there and so many unique handmade items. Don’t miss The Viewpoints Gallery! It is a highlight of Pt Reyes!

My Birthday Gals’ Club adventure continues… Stopped in here for the FIRST time despite shopping at nearby shops in Point Reyes Station many times. This a dangerous place for shopaholics like me and my friend, D. Lots of very pretty scarves. jewelry, clothing, creams, perfume ‚ art work and more. Prices range from very affordable(under $ 10) to higher end(over $ 100) All of their merchandise is top notch and oh so appealing. I ended up buying a pink scarf woven with pink and white sparkly threads and a pair of dangly pink earrings. Total cost for both was around $ 20. I’ll be back.

A great, unique and diverse store! I always find something here — either for myself or to give as a gift. My wife and I have been dropping by for years and are always delighted. The owner shuns the internet — which to me only enhances her appeal! Lee Flynn and her dog Joy are two Pt. Reyes Treasures. By the way — from what I understand of the Retail World, a 30% markup is not unreasonable at all. Support Independent Retailers!

This is my favorite spot in Pt. Reyes. The selection, sales, and pricing of art, jewelry, lotions, cards, prints, rugs, clothing, and housewares is excellent. The quality of everything is very high. I always stop and find something lovely that is affordable and a treasure for my home. I bought $ 1 earrings from the Virginia women’s work coop, a set of bird cards, and a knit hat for under $ 25. The artwork is exquisite and I am saving up for a Tom Killion framed landscape print and a set of Sylvia Gonzolez’ intricate bird prints. The bonus is that Viewpoints is right next to the best bakery in the area — Bovine Bakery. You can sit and relax in the park next to the store.

Way overpriced. For example, you can buy the same exact numbered and incredibly beautiful/uniqueTom Killion woodcut prints for hundreds of dollars less on Tom’s site. Other artists as well. I guess it’s fair to collect a commission for putting them in pile in your shop, but their 30% markup prices are outrageous and go against the vibe of Point Reyes Station/Bolinas with the tourist gouging. Won’t be back.
