I really wanted this place to be better than it is but the truth is that it isn’t predictable… Which is terrible for a pizza place. 25% of the time, everything is amazing. But that’s not a great percentage. 9⁄10 times, when I order something with substitutions, they get it wrong. I ordered the pesto grilled chicken wrap tonight and I got sliced chicken(deli style), not a chicken breast as it has been in the past. It was cold, not warm, and they added bacon, which is not on the menu, nor what I wanted. It’s also on a white wrap when in the menu it says a tomato wrap. Very disappointed. Also, I’ve ordered pizzas in the past with the same sort of mistakes: wrong ingredients, wrong pizza… And they’re really not that great most of the time. Cardboard. This place is right down the street from my house and if only they actually cooked what was in the order, I may actually give them my business. Tonight was the last test and it was not worth it. I will not be going back.

Pretty good — large menu, nice staff and pretty good pizza and calzones! In an area with few places to grab a bite, this is a nice little gem.

Not as it used to be. Counter person was more interested in taking phone orders than waiting on people in line. The Greek Salad was a travesty! Carrot slices? Canned slices black olives? I feel like I may as well as have thrown $ 7.00 out the window. Italian sub was ok however I am used to Genoa salami not cooked salami and who puts lettuce on an Italian Sub. Was truly disappointed in the entire experience. I can honestly say I won’t ever come back. However the restrooms were clean. I have to find something positive.

I am a huge thin crust pizza-margherita fan. I am on s quest to find a perfect one close to my new home in mo beach. Graziellas uses great cheese. It’s so good! The thin crust was tasty and actually thin! The delivery was exactly 30 minutes. Unbelievable. Unheard of. The downside, the tomatoes and sauce were flavorless. There was a bit too much so the beautiful thin crust disintegrated in a couple of places. Sad. My quest continues for a good pie close to home.

Food was ok and the subs are huge(foot long size). If you order a normal deli sandwich and want something lighter… recommend doing a wrap. We had a big group on the beach on Island Rd and we put in a large lunch order. They also DELIVER to the beach! The chicken salad in a wrap with tomato and lettuce was fine but the chicken salad was heavy on the mayo and not super flavorful. Would be good to add some seasoning or vegetables like celery to add an additional crunch/flavor. Someone ordered the turkey club and said it was a little fishy which didn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Will suffice if you have no other options, but might be worth exploring more around the area of you can.

BEWARE: I went this past Friday night. Got a pizza for the kids which was mediocre at best. But I ordered a lobster roll that was down right rancid. I took one bite and could not spit it out fast enough. It wasn’t a few days old, hadn’t just gone bad, it was rancid. Upon further inspection, it truly smelled like a cesspool. I was pissed. I brought it back up to the girl at the counter, she was rude and could have cared less. I asked her or whoever made it to give it a taste so they could see what they were serving their customers. She said the owner made it herself but had slipped out and wasn’t available to listen to my rants. I have been summering on the Cape for over 40 years and have never eaten anything this bad anywhere. I puked non stop for several hours after. Took all night into the next day to get the rotten taste out of my mouth. Thank god I didn’t swallow any of it or I’d a spent the night in an Emergency room. You’ll find safer fresher food at any local convenient store.

1st time ever & I hit the jackpot wasn’t hungry ordered a small steak & cheese & it was the way that sub was invented to taste like. YUMMYTOTHEHIGHEST! This unassuming outside yet very comfy & friendly on the inside the owner I assume was a gentleman & his crew were engaging. I hope to be back in this area for work to enjoy more delights but next time I’m ordering more & arriving hungry. A++++

Food is okay, but every other time I call for delivery they change their mind if they will deliver to my neighborhood. Very inconsistent!

This is a low key place with good appetizers and great pizza. Basic fare. Food was ready in a hurry and it was reasonably priced.

Until a recent change in ownership, we loved this place. However, we recently returned to this restaurant after a season away, and we couldn’t have been more disappointed. My standby pasta dish had changed completely, now inedible, and the staff, usually fun-loving, was rude and unhelpful. We’ve been going to Graziella’s regularly every summer for 15 years, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

I have been coming here since it opened years ago and it has been a favorite. Over the winter it was sold. The outward changes are great. I love the new paint colors and décor. However the rest of the restaurant is a bit lacking. The young woman taking orders at the counter was surly and rude. She could not have made it more obvious that she did not give a darn had she been trying. The menu looked more or less unchanged and most of the food was the same as before. However my wife ordered spaghetti with sausage — she has ordered this just about every time we have eaten there. When it arrived my wife commented about the lack of cheese and that the sausage looked strange. I told her that they must be using a different vendor, but I was wrong — they were using breakfast links — grilled and covered with tomato sauce — yuck! Let’s just hope that this is early season jitters.
