Complete disappointment. Had an estimate for $ 700 to remove a dead tree and have stump grinded down. I waited to get some other estimates and while in the process the tree fell during a storm. Called Matt to go ahead and come out to cut it up and remove. Upon arrival, I shared with him that I had filed a homeowners claim because of the slight damage the tree did to my garage. He immediately increased the estimate to $ 2200 because he said thats what the insurance company would pay for this kind of work! After he was done, he promised to have someone come the following day to remove a large pile of debris they left behind. Nobody came. I had to call repeatedly over the course of a week to get someone to come. The stump removal never happened either. He has dodged my calls and told the actual stump grinder person that I never paid for it. Matt lacks integrity, and loved to talk about himself. Would never recommend this guy.
