Full service nails salon & spa. Best spa pedicures in town. Eye brow shaping & threading avail. We feature OPI & CND products. Shellac & Gel no chip manicures.
Decent. Whether you have a positive experience depends on what day you go and who the nail tech is. Have been pressured about a larger tip more than once. Weekends are usually bad since the salon has very limited hours.

I have been going here to get pedicures for a few years. I loved the prices and the service. It used to be the best place around. Recently every time I go I feel that they are rushing and not giving the full service. They Overbook and take walk ins even when they have to many appointments. The last time I went with my mom we both had appointments and were left waiting for them to take care of walk ins. They rushed thru my moms pedicure so fast and I was kept waiting while they worked on me and someone else. We will not be back until they stop overbooking and rushing.

I got acrylics here for the first time, and after not knowing what to expect I thought it went pretty well. The staff was all very nice and I enjoyed them all. What originally had drawn me to the salon was the prices, which are very nice! However, when I went to the salon I had asked for gel extensions(or what they call powder gel full set). As I have not gotten either gel extensions or acrylics, I didn’t find this out until later, but he did not give me gel extensions, but acrylics. I honestly really was trying to avoid acrylics because of the damage they do to your nails, so this is very upsetting to me. As a nail technician, you should be able to follow simple instructions and give your clients what they want. He also didn’t speak much English at all and I had to repeat all of what I said 5 – 10 times. Sometimes, he would just nod and you could tell he had no idea what I said(which again is frustrating). I originally had thought that though I hadn’t gotten the service I originally wanted, it was done well, but here I am a week later and dirt has gotten in between almost all of my nails which shows that not only was the acrylic applied improperly but that water can get in and the nails can get affected. My friend also went with me and wanted a regular manicure, but they insisted she get shellac, however as far as I know they did a good job. If you are coming here for a simple manicure or pedicure I don’t think you would should have a problem, but if you want any kind of fake nails I would definitely go somewhere else; the good prices aren’t worth it. ALSO while trimming my cuticles he cut me pretty badly, and then pored chemicals on it to make it stop bleeding which burned so badly I had to fight back tears. My friend who was sitting in the chairs waiting asked me about as soon as I was done because she was able to see the blood dripping down as I was washing my hands. A week later it is still unhealed and has turned into a blood blister and looks very unattractive

I used to be a regular until I realized people without appointments are treated better and helped immediately, when I had to wait up to 20 minutes for my «appointment.» Also I found another salon that does not charge extra to remove shellac, which you already pay extra for to have applied. Too bad because I like the staff, I just don’t like being treated like a number.

I stopped in here on a Friday evening hoping that I could get in for a manicure and pedicure. They were busy, but were able to fit me in. It seemed like there were a lot of regulars in there that really knew the staff which I thought was a good sign. The place was clean and they had a pretty good selection of colors. They did a fantasic job on my nails and the price was pretty inexpensive. I will be returning.

Very clean salon and they use high end products. But looks aren’t everything. I have been here about ten times for regular polish manicures, French gel manicures and vinylux manicures. Half of the time I’m pleased with the work they do but for the other half of the time I’m disappointed. With the quality being so inconsistent I’m certain I will not be returning. Also, I would sometimes call and make an appointment and other times I would just walk in … Didn’t matter because I was still greeted poorly(basically a simple question of how can I help you and then I’m pointed to where I need to sit) Manicurist would always say thank you but upon leaving NOBODYEVER acknowledged me leaving even when I would say out loud Goodbye, have a great day … Just rude or maybe a lack or manners.

If you are looking for a good pedicure at a great price in Plymouth then Tic Tac Nails is just for you. I use to live in Plymouth but now live in Japan and summer back in Royal Oak. Routinely, the day after I land, I drive from RO to Plymouth for a pedi and leg/bikini wax. I always make an appointment and never have waited more then 5 minutes. Very clean and great color selection!

The manager immediately contacted me following this review, so I am going to go back and allow them the chance to remedy the situation. How do you not love that?

This is a very standard nail salon, but I was pleased with my experience. It is big and open, with more than enough staff to get you in without a wait. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and prominently displayed so there was no question about how much I was going to pay. TicTac Nails had all of the elements I look for in a nail salon: cleanliness, good staffing, not too bad of a smell from the chemicals, plenty of stations for manis and pedis, a huge selection of colors, friendly employees and reasonable prices. Not a very exciting review, but my nails looks great and I didn’t spend an arm and a leg to get them looking that way.

I have been going here for a while to get family members gift certificates and decided to go there for myself and try it out, and I loved it. Everything is affordable and it has a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

After searching around a little for an affordable place to get a shellac manicure, I decided to try this place. It’s good if you’re looking for an affordable, no frills experience. I would’ve liked a wider variety of colors to choose from(I had something specific in mind that they didn’t seem to have), and the lotion they used for the«massage» was too perfumey and dollar store-ish for my taste. However, I liked that they are open 7 days, I was in and out quickly, the tech was considerate and my nails look fine. I’ll go back when I don’t have a specific color in mind.

I was very excited to try this place after calling and getting their prices. I made appointments and met two other friends there at 2:30 to get mani/pedis. One of us got in right away, the second got in after a 20 minute wait, and I finally got in after a 45 minute wait!(That was with appointments!) Two other girls walked in for mani’s and were seated before me, which was a bit irksome. The tech who was working with me seemed very distracted. He was looking at the rest of the shop while«filing» my toe nails, and wasn’t even touching my nails with the file. He started my manicure and made my fingernails lopsided. Luckily, I was switched to another tech to finish my shellac mani, and she was much more attentive, and fixed his mistakes. On the phone, I was quoted prices of Reg Mani $ 11, Reg Pedi $ 12, Shellac Mani $ 25, Shellac Pedi $ 35, $ 5 extra for french on any. The regular pedi turned out to be $ 20, which is still a decent price, it just would be good to be quoted properly. I’m satisfied with the job the tech did on my shellac mani, and might try her again, or try to book the owner, but overall, not the best first impression of the shop.
