First time we have been here since new ownership and we will not be back. We had veggie sandwiches and the bread was dry and there were very few veggies. It was tasteless. We had hoped to sit outside with our dog, but no tables and chairs.

This subway went from being good to being one of the worst subways when ownership changed over the past year. I have lived in town for 10 years and am sad to see this go downhill. The workers are unkept, sloppy, and extremely slow. I repeatedly give the place another chance due to how close it is to my home. I got there today at 8:15am. They were supposed to open at 7. The lights were on but the door was locked. The guy was in back doing who knows what and let me in after knocking for a couple minutes. Then proceeded to finish his phone conversation while I am standing there with an 8 month old and 2 year old. Another guy came in and wanted coffee and the worker told him that he hadn’t made any yet. I wanted a cookie for my daughters lunch and he had not made those yet either. So the worker was there for over an hour with the front door locked and still had nothing ready! This is one out of many similar scenarios in the past year. The time before this it took me 13 minutes to get a 6 in turkey and there was only one other person in the store. the food also does not seem as fresh as at other subways. Now when I am in my car and not walking I drive out of my way to one of the other ones it Plymouth.

Things have really changed at this Subway location! I have been coming here every other week or so for the past 2 years. I prefer this location because they offer a veggy patty sub that many of the other Subway’s don’t. I actually stopped by a few nights ago and ordered a veggy patty sub, none of the patties were thawed. So the employee said that he would put some aside for me so that I could have a veggy sub tomorrow. I went back the following night and guess what, HEDID! That’s going the extra mile in my opinion!

New ownership, new problems. No chipotle sauce, no ice, warm pop, very confused staff. In the end I payed 40 cents for a bottle of pop when he was trying to charge me more than the coupon. Oh well.

Standard acceptable Subway, they actually have some veggie options that other Subway chains don’t necessarily carry such as the veggie patty.
