Schultz & Associates, CPA, PLC was established in Plymouth Michigan in 2003 to provide the Canton, Plymouth, Northville, Novi and Livonia area professional income tax preparation for individuals and businesses.

Meet the Manager

Jeff W.

Manager

Jeffrey W. Schultz, CPA is the Managing Member of the Firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience, primarily in areas of business, individual, trust, and estate taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Section, and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accounts.

Jeff has worked with C-​Corporations, S-​Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and Non-​Profits extensively. He has helped clients through: mergers, sales, purchases, consolidations, operating activities and budgets. He has worked with businesses with single and multiple locations in over 20 different states. He has also worked with foreign owned corporations, and helped those clients navigate through the applicable U.S. tax issues.
