This is the best dentist office around. They won’t oversell or try to recommend services that aren’t needed just to make money. They are considerate and very sweet. They treated my entire family so nice.

I moved to LA6 years ago and I still make sure to visit twice a year just so I can get my teeth taken care of by Dr Olds. The dental hygienists are incredible, they are thorough but gentle and the administrative staff is so accommodating. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at the dentist come here where you will be well taken care of.

My spouse and I have been going to Plymouth Dental Associates for years and have always been pleased with all facets of the practice. However, recently my experience with Dr. Nicole Olds has drastically changed my point of view. We have been given two different stories about her time off from the practice. Of course, everyone is entitled to take time off for a «health issue.» However, my child’s orthodontia care has been delayed far beyond what it should be. Once, when we showed up for an appt expecting to see Dr. Nicole, they took my child into the exam room, only to be worked on by a different dentist. No one spoke with me about the change. I still don’t know if the replacement dentist has experience with orthodontia work. Now, we can’t get an appt for another month because Dr. Nicole is so backed up. My advice: choose another practice than can better accommodate for a doctor illness. Don’t need braces and can see a just a dentist? You should like this office very much. We always have.

Am a senior citizen who has used this dental group for its U of M School of Dentisry affialiation in which student dentist are used. My experience with the students have been good. However, since Medicare now pays for 1 dental cleaning per year, I decided to use a licensed hygentist. I explained that I did have some trust issues with dentists in the past and did not want to see one; nor did I want to have Xrays as I had paid for them last year. As a result, she rushed my cleaning and escorted me to the front desk clerk. The clerk proceeded to insist on my Social Security number as a condition of payment. I told her that I do not give out that number. She then RED lined my file that I was to pay upfront. I then told her to call Delta dental. Delta then told her that the account number on the lower left o the card was all that was needed. After some silence, she told me that I was set to go. 2 days later, I got a letter from Dr. Gradolph stating that I would be better off going to another dental office. I spoke to the office manager, Marsa, and told the above story. So beware!
