When we opened our pool this season the liner was horribly stained brown, the water was clear, clean and chemically balance — we had trucked in chlorinated water, which we had done many years prior. I went into the Plymouth, MN location with a sample of water and spoke with a young man. He immediately recommended a product (stain away), explained in detail how it worked and wrote the instructions down. I went home and within a few hours the liner, stairs and drain all looked like new. I wish I could post before and after pictures. I have gone in many times since and found the employees to be friendly and helpful.
