History

Established in 2014.

Kadrmas Eye Care New England serves patients throughout the Boston, South Shore, Cape Cod, and South Coast Regions of Massachusetts and beyond. Our team of board-​certified ophthalmologists, optometrists, and technical staff has been providing comprehensive eye care to our patients for over 30 years.

Kadrmas Eye Care New England was formerly Post, O’Connor & Kadrmas Eye Centers. We are located in the same five locations in Plymouth, East Wareham, Middleboro, Mashpee, and South Dennis and look forward to continuing to serve you.

Business Owner

Eddie F. Kadrmas, MD, PhD is a board certified ophthalmologist with over 18 years experience specializing in surgical and medical retina, uveitis, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease. For the past 16 years, he has been serving patients in Plymouth, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Cape Cod. During this time, he has helped to develop innovations in surgical techniques and instrumentation and published and lectured extensively. He serves as clinical instructor of ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School, editorial board member of Ophthalmology Management and Retinal Physician, and editorial reviewer for the journals Ophthalmology, Retina, and Ophthalmic Surgery and Lasers.

Dr. Kadrmas currently serves on the staff of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital — Plymouth, Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
