Hello and thank you for visiting my Yelp site. I have been practicing in the Plymouth area for may years and have recently joined my practice Versa Dental Care with Jain Dental.

At Jain Dental we pride ourselves on being able to deliver complete care to all age groups. From General cleanings, fillings, endodontics, crowns in a single visit, all the way to advanced restorative care with implants.

Dr. Hormuth is a native Minnesotan and has lived in the northwest metro for over ten years. He received both his B.S. degree in Kinesiology and D.D.S. degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hormuth has held memberships in the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Mi
