Established in 2007.

Heidi relocated to NH in May 2013 from Brooklyn, NY, where she maintained a busy practice for 7 years in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Throughout her years of clinical practice, teaching and continuing education, Heidi has gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions including all types of orthopedic pain, sports injuries, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, gynecological problems, insomnia, anxiety and depression. Heidi works with a very hands on approach that not only addresses symptoms but also underlying imbalances and chronic holding patterns.

Business Owner

Heidi Botnick, L. Ac is a NCCAOM certified acupuncturist licensed in the state of New Hampshire. She earned both her masters degrees in Acupuncture (2006) and Chinese herbal medicine (2009) from Tri-​State College of Acupuncture (TSCA), one of the oldest acupuncture schools in the United States. TSCA’s unique curriculum included training in several styles of acupuncture and herbs including trigger point dry needling, which she utilizes daily in her practice, Japanese meridian therapy, and Kampo, a Japanese style of herbal medicine.

Heidi has extensive experience and expertise in trigger point dry needling therapy, an extremely effective technique for treating acute and chronic myofascial pain syndromes, including but not limited to sports injuries, repetitive strain, most orthopedic pain, and fibromyalgia.
