Sorry that I had my son’s graduation pictures taken by Focal Point of Plymouth. Customer service does not seem to be a priority with them. I don’t know whether their mindset is stuck in the past, if they don’t understand technologies available in their industry, or they’re just a bunch of extortionists. All I want to purchase from them was a single picture from my son’s shoot and they act like they have to get Matthew Brady to create a daguerreotype for me. I could have it in four weeks (!) unless I was willing to fork over a $ 100 «rush fee» (wink wink). Of course, they have all his pictures locked up as some sort of personal property so I don’t have any alternative.
This is 2015. Amazon can deliver something to you the same day you buy it (practically). Focal Point, however, can’t print a picture unless you give them a month. Unless you’re willing to pay the fee, that is. If Focal Point was in charge of Amazon’s customer service, they’d be using the Pony Express. Unless you paid the fee (wink wink).
Gotta give them points for chutzpah, though.
