History
Established in 1974.
Dr. Peter Cressman has practiced orthodontics in Plymouth-Duxbury since 1974. He received his D.M.D from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970. Following graduation he was selected for an internship at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Boston. Upon completion he enrolled at Tufts University School of Dental medicine and was awarded a Certificate in Orthodontics in 1973.
Subsequently, while in private practice Dr. Cressman was appointed to the faculty in the Orthodontics Department at Tufts and has been teaching for over 20 years. He was a consultant to the Massachusetts Department of Handicapped Children and the orthodontist on the Oro-Facial (Cleft-Palate) Team at New England Medical Center. Dr. Cressman has lectured extensively at Tufts in his teaching capacity and had made presentations to various dental groups and meetings.
