We are CPAs located in Plymouth, MA providing accounting, tax preparation and planning, audit, bookkeeping, and consulting services to individuals, businesses, nonprofits and condominiums throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod.

History

Established in 2012.

Effective Aug. 20, 2012, the 6.5-year partnership of Cozby & Bruno, LLC became two separate firms: Cozby & Company, LLC and Bruno, P.C.

Heather Cozby brought with her the long-​term, year-​round employees — Kim, Kathy, and Sherry.

The services offered in the past will continue to be offered in the new firm. Our specialized niche is still with homeowners’ associations and condominium trusts, advising with rental real estate, and providing outsourced financial consulting for mid-​sized companies.

Heather Cozby:

— Has worked in the accounting field for over ten years

— During that time, has obtained a diverse set of skills and worked in a variety of industries. (The most significant portion of this experience came from her employment at a South Shore accounting firm specializing in financial needs of condominium associations, small businesses owners, real estate entities, and high net worth individuals.)

— Opened Heather L. Cozby P.C., a Sagamore Beach firm, in June of 2005 to service the unique accounting and tax needs of small businesses and individuals throughout the South Shore/​Cape Cod

— Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of MA — Boston, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting

— Is actively involved in the community through local organizations, most recently as a charter member and Director of Vocational Services of the Plymouth Sunrise Rotary Club, as well as the Director of Finance of The Rising Tide Charter School
