Ordered New«Top Shelf» Prime Rib Tacos. All of the Avocado’s on top of the tacos had mold spots. Put them to the side and thought it was fine, but the no such luck. Tacos were cold. Would have sent it back, but didn’t see the waitress for another 20 minutes. My husband didn’t like his food either. Place was dirty. We won’t go back.

Awful experience! We had 5 adults and 4 kids in our party. The host told us it was going to be 10 – 15 minutes, they had a table but couldn’t seat us due to the kitchen being behind. Then proceeded to seat the next few couples that came in. 30minutes later he announced that it was going to be another 50 minutes before they would even SEAT us. 2 of the little boys are type 1 diabetics so this was not good. SO disappointed in this place, and no manger to be found. Went across the street to Cowboy Jacks and had a much better experience. Obviously this Chili’s doesn’t want any business.

Be careful of their grilled fish tacos. I had them here and they tasted very fishy(very old) and were wet — actually soggy. No, I didn’t complain. I just ate them and won’t order them again.

This place was very dirty. There was bird poop on the window next to our table, the salt and pepper shakers were sticky, and the glasses they serve the water in were covered in a white film. I ordered a cookie with ice cream. When it came it looked delicious, BUT, I couldn’t eat the ice cream because the freezer burn was so bad that I couldn’t break through it with my spoon *clink, clink, clink*… The service was mediocre(they spent more time complaining about who got«cut» first than checking on us). The ambience was non-existent. The only good things about the experience was that they replaced my dessert and the new one was on the house. Clean up your restaurant, get your employees excited to be there, make it a place that people are happy to go, not where they go because they have to spend the $ 25 gift card they got for their birthday…

I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos to go. The shrimp was not too spicy and there was a lot of food for the money. The staff was helpful with suggestions. I just knocked of points for the wait time when the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Went there last night for dinner. Waitress was nice enough, but she got our order wrong, and we ended up eating separately. No compensation. We went there because they used to have great black bean burgers — not anymore. Though black beans are relatively inexpensive, the burger is now mostly filler. The fries were cold — no doubt from the delivery of the food the first time. Not much good to say. Would have given it less than a star if I could have.

The service was fine, but the food was vile and the plates, cups and silverware were filthy. I sent back a cup that had food stuck to the inside. I then got a plate that had food stuck to it. We all got more plates that were dripping wet(and dirty). I then unwrapped my silverware and it was(wait for it)… Filthy! The food came out and it was disgusting(except the pretzel breadsticks — those were fine). The fajitas were past well done and my son’s pizza had no flavor). I wasn’t expecting much, because let’s face it — Chili’s has a shameful reputation. However, the experience was much worse than I thought it would be. I wouldn’t eat at this place again for all the whiskey in Ireland.

Service at this one is really hit or miss. The free chips & salsa offers on Unilocal/Foursquare & two for one’s are what keep us coming back. During the holiday season park in the TJ Max lot & walk over.

I was pretty excited to eat here, but to show up to see two different parties being apologized to for bad service, that should have been a sign for us to leave. But we stayed anyway. Waited for about 15 minutes for someone to show up to take our drink order. Once the order was taken, drinks were pretty fast getting to us. When we ordered our food, it arrived in the time it was suppose to take. Ordered the combo ribs. They were ok, but I have had a lot better. During the course of the meal, our table was getting full of plates, and the waitress was ignoring them every time she passed our table. She only checked up on us once to see how every thing was going. Once she brought us the bill, I had asked for wet naps, since I ordered ribs. Never came. Waited forever for her to come to run my card. Never came. I ended up paying the bill on the table computer. As we were walking out, we spotted her sitting down with other workers. Now I know that waitressing is very hard work and that you need a break now and than but if you have a table that is about to leave, you should stay around until they leave. It will be a while before I think about going to Chilis again. If I go

A chain restaurant will never get a five or four, but Chili’s in Plymouth does just fine for those days when it is more about fillin-er-up than fine dining. There is a pretty constant turnover in waitstaff, I’ve noticed, so someone decided to bring in some fancy table top order systems. I’m still waiting to see someone use one. I like the hamburger variety and will alwys order a side salad, which they always want to bring before the meal itself. Fine. You never have a compliments-to-the-chef meal at a place like this but you leave full. And that seems to be the point with chain restaurants.

We frequent Chili’s all over the metro, and my favorite is still the location on 394 in St. Louis Park, but the service and the food was good here. They lost a star because their specials aren’t as good as the SLP location. We came here expecting to take advantage of a Monday Night Football app and drink special, but they didn’t offer it like the SLP location does. So, we got our country fried steak dinner and bottomless chips & salsa instead. The food was tasty as usual, and the service was decent, but we were just disappointed they didn’t have the specials like our local Chili’s, because we were’nt looking to spend or eat a lot on this occasion.
