I go here a lot to get things for various projects around the house. The people that work here are the best — will always help you find the right thing for the job. That kind of service means a lot — has saved me both time and money.

Charlie’s Hardware in N. Plymouth is the best service hardware store in the South Shore!!! On July 25 I was parked out side the store when I accidentally dropped my car keys down the storm drain. Well, after a a few phone calls to get help (unsuccessful) I was advised to go into Charles to purchase a magnet and some string to fish out my keys with. After the very helpful associate found my items and brought them up to the counter for purchasing and the counter associate (Joe) was asked to open the packaging as the associate explained that I needed to fish out my keys from the storm drain. Well as soon as it was known that what needed to be done 3 of the store associates came out to my car to do the dirty deed. After a unsuccessful attempt with the magnet the counter associate (Joe) said he would get the stores fork lift to open the drain cover. It was also suggested the move the car and three associates push the car back to let the fork lift get in front of the storm drain. It took all of 5 minutes with all the help and the fork life I was now in possession of my keys and I will forever be grateful to the associates of Charlie“s Hardware. Thanks to all those involved and to anyone needing anything go to Charlie’s Haardware they are the best and its nice in this day in age that employees just don’t work and ring items those who work for Charlie’s are there for their customers.
