What makes us different from other Care Management companies, We are a fully comprehensive agency making sure all of the seniors needs and wishes are honored and met. We do everything from attending physician visits to bill paying, grocery shopping online to monitoring and coordinating care for the senior. We are their voice and your eyes and ears.

Our founder and Owner, Barbara Cannon, is a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Geriatric Care Manager and Healthcare Consultant. She has spent over 20 years working with seniors and their families as an advocate, liaison and expert resource for assisting them in navigating their way through the sea of healthcare and senior care living industry changes and options.

Combined with this she taught healthcare industry leaders including physicians, nurses and social workers on a variety of senior care issues. She has also served on several governing boards at a local private college, Board of health and social service group protecting children.
