We have had a Terminix contract for some time but have to say this office is BAD — as in B — A — D ! We used these guys for awhile and you can never reach them — they call the wrong number when they call back — they don’t show up when they say they will. AND THEN — the price. We had a guy come out today to do inspection. Said all was OK then did a bit of a scare on getting signed up again — said «call this number» — his number. I called and he did not pickup and the VM is FULL. Then tried online — spoke to someone supposedly from their office — but no — it was national person — she said she would connect me — 30 minutes later… still on hold… Ahhh they just hung up! Then called 800# — asked a bunch of questions — now on hold again! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. ANY BUSINESS THAT YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE THIS HARD TO GIVE THEM MONEY IS GOING BUST!
Finally someone called back and tried again — the woman was nice and said she would sign me up — this was painless but but total is ~$ 750 per year! (Crazy) NET: after about 60 minutes i got signed up! (three calls) Awesome. And still no report from inspection.
They also do not really give you an «A-​OK» on termite inspections with contrct, and the way the guy acted — and the fact they wont send copy of «A-​OK» suggests to me that they dont want to re-​service and just say «there is no problem”/ there is this other problem…“maybe» that you need this other service… Orkin may be better

Scheduled an appointment between 8 and 10 on a Saturday morning but they never showed or called to cancel. When I called them back they originally told me my appointment was for the day before from 8am to 10am when I had called the day before at 7pm.
If you can’t do it don’t suggest the time and have me wake up early on a Saturday for it.

My husband and I were having pest issues so we called Terminix. They were very nice at first when they came out for a consultation. We spent $ 200 and someone came out and sprayed a couple of places and gave us mouse traps and poison. After a few weeks, we didn’t see any difference so we called to have someone come back out. We had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up or called to cancel/​reschedule. When we called to complain and tell them that we are not happy with their service and would like a refund, they refused to give us our money back even though they boast a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. I had to file a dispute with my financial institution to receive a refund. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company.

Too bad I have a one year contract with them now after my coworker told me I can get the treatments they use at Home Depot. They’re overpriced, they schedule appointments without my input and show up without telling me they’re coming. Said they had a robocall sent out to me— I didn’t get it. So I’m obligated to pay them anyway for the service. Will definitely be canceling the contract once my one year is up.
